As for the PPVs, I think it must have been hard on the wrestlers. For example, Stephanie Vaquer had to pull triple duty on SmackDown, World's Collide and MITB. As for me, I had a blast, it was great that everything fell perfectly within the long weekend.

I don't like WWE treating media scrums like movie premieres where they talk about winning and characters and all that. I also don't like them advertising WWE: Unreal during live shows.

Well I'm on Facebook and the street there don't play nice. They can be racist just to pass a point across because you spoke against WWE. I've criticised AEW and WWE, I know the difference.
As for the podcasters, they can be hypocrites too. Remember JC gave birth to Leviathan, but he absolutely hates Luchasurus. There's nothing AEW has done that WWE hasn't don't worse, they just have a lesser budget. The real critiquing is in the matches psychology for AEW.

since you're not sure, let's talk facts then. Fact is that she just debuted, meaning a title shot should completely be away from her mind right now. Fact it was either it was blunder from her part or management doesn't have proper planning. How would they tease a contender's match so carelessly without announcing it first, just in case that's what we're dealing with here.
She could have said "I'll beat you sooner than later" or "when we eventually square off I'll beat you", rather she said "I'm the next champion." To me it's typical WWE. They do weird things like that regularly. We just finished talking about them spoiling a world title match intentionally. I'll continue talking about this as much as I can. Wrestling can make sense again. It can be fun and exciting and people can enjoy it again. But these little things must be corrected.

Wrestling lost the huge boom it used to have in the 90s due folks finding out is fake, rise of reality shows and the ufc. However, folks continue to watch it as seem from profits from sponsorship , merchandise, ppv buys and TV deals. Go look at WWE expensive ticket prices since TKO acquired them. AEW also got a good TV deal from WB.

Isn't it the job of a commentator and the company overall to know a new member of their roster? especially one who was champion from a rival promotion.
That NXT show was run at the performance centre hence she debuted in front of the most smarkiest members of wwe fans. Nxt fans aren't casuals in the least, they are aware of everything that goes on in wrestling.

Raw and Smackdown tour around the country, their audience is mostly made up of casual fans and families. We've seen plenty of times when CM Punk refers to something in AEW and the audience at RAW stay quiet because they don't understand the reference.
Its also same reason why a wrestler like Michin or Pete Dunn come out to crickets sounds on the main roster but are heavily cheered and booed on NXT.

AEW tours like Raw and Smackdown but their product appeals more to smarks than casual fans. It's why they don't air vignettes on their new signings.They expect you to know them already.
The casual audience aren't on twitter or Internet forums browsing wrestling topics.
It's also why AEW TV ratings compares with NXT and not main roster as its mostly similar smark audience.

Ricky Saints or Starks, courtesy demands that you prepare their names before debuting. It's has always been that way and it's logical. Even if you're changing their name, do it before debut. It's highly unprofessional.
The commentators knowing her isn't the problem, but calling her the hottest free agent without acknowledging where she has been before is laughable. Same thing with Cargill, Mrs 'Reknown Wrestler' but some how you don't watch AEW, lol. Her contract signing pic had a lot of views too.😂

Whether smarks or casual, the point is it's laughable saying WWE fans don't know or watch AEW, the receipts keep showing otherwise.

Are we supposed to call her Glamorous?😂😂 These companies are 'k*lling' me.😂 The reason people are not enjoying wrestling anymore, asides the realization that it's fake, is because they do things that don't make sense and they expect that we should overlook it because it's 'wrestling.' Are you going to tell a pro-wrestling enthusiast that? Geez. It's small, but it's a reflection of the entire business too. The good news is I was able to get a good laugh from it.
