If u were driving a big truck and the old woman is in front of u, then u would have hooted ur horn so aggressively so,that the woman will get scared and drive into the bush. I think u are the one that deserve to be banned from driving. I have witnessed this before whereby a trailer driver scared an old woman out of the way and she panicked and drove into the bush.
