PoliticsRe: Describe Nigeria In Few Sentences........... by valicious1(m): 5:21pm On Dec 30, 2012
yawkusi: Sadly most people here don't even know what an achievement is. Do you consider
1.African Country with most ethnicity and achievement? Did you envisioned, planned and worked hard to get all those ethnic groups? Nonsense
2.African Country with most internet users -Nigeria/Country in the world with most
cellphone users and fastest growing: Are sure you could have 'achieved' this if you had the population of say Togo?
3.First African to win a Miss world beauty pageant-Nigeria. Do u consider beauty achievement or nature?
4.First African country to launch a communication satellite: the satellite was designed and built in Essex UK and lunched on Russian rocked.
5.Country with Africa’s biggest Christian population-Nigeria Country with Africa’s largest Muslim population- Nigeria. This is an achievement? Jesus!
6.Biggest oil producer in Africa- Nigeria Biggest gas producer (Liquified Natural gas)- Nigeria . I didn't know you were around 2 billion years ago to put the oil under the ground. Anyway shell is the winner in that
6.Largest number of African migrants living in the U.S.A- Nigeria Africa’s biggest communities in the UK- Nigeria. Anybody who consider this to be achievement must be beheaded. It's actually due to lack of achievement
7. Country with the most bible in the world? Achievement? laughable!

I don't have time for all of it but I honestLY believe the everage IQ at nairaland could be about 70 (Thats average Nigerian IQ)
You're simply blinded by jealousy & ignorance which has also blocked ur sense of reasoning. That Ngeria won miss world amongst other things is not an achievement?. Mr man if u are nigerian then u 're one hell of a sadist & antagonist. If u're not nigerian, kindly put down the name of ur miserable country let's make comparisons. Until you do that, I won't respond anymore to the posts of a myopic illiterate like you.

yawkusi: Of all the list only about two of them are true achievements, the remaining are either by chance or by the sheer size of your population
Everything I'v put down there are achievements & nothing but achievements.

k2039: That's because Nigeria is a failed republic, in an ideal society getting a job shouldn't be a big deal.

Besides getting a job is one thing, maintaining and staying in a job is another thing.
Lol! Nigeria a'int a failed republic.

hrmkz: Never celebrated any of the two! But really thank God for my job and family.
Not even an iota of excitement?
Nairaland GeneralRe: When Did You Celebrate More? by valicious1(op): 12:20pm On Dec 25, 2012
k2039: Neither, they are both overrated.

If the FG was very responsible, getting a job shouldn't be a big deal.
Marriage is to far a journey to get to excited about, it requires tremendous commitment to remain in a marriage and a lot of responsible is also attached to it.

I'm indifferent about both, getting a job or married is not sufiicient to remain in a job or marriage, so nothing to be excited about.
Considering the thousands of graduates being dished out to the society every year in Nigeria, plus the millions that are still unemploydeed, believe me getting a job is like hitting goldmine.

Nairaland GeneralWhen Did You Celebrate More? by valicious1(op): 10:26am On Dec 25, 2012
To the married fellows in the house, when did you celebrate more - when you got married or when you got your first Job? I celebrated so much when I got my first job and am not yet married but I doubt if the excitement can supercede that of when I got my job.

Agrika: Spent an entire day strolling and parading him around the neighbourhood, only to reach home and discover i was "leaking" through out, i even wore white that day...... That memory still makes me cringe, only God knows what he saw cos white and red is a very prominent combo
Dats really, really, really really embarassing. Now here are my tips for u.
1) always be very careful when u're menstrating.
2) always make use of sanitary pads instead of tissue paper (toilet roll)anytime u're seeing ur period.
3) in your own case, never ever put on white trousers/skirt wenever u're menstruating
4) always "check" constantly whenever u're menstruating
5) again, be very careful & watchful when menstruating
