They go for trainings frequently, and there’s allowances for that but I don’t know how much honestly

ITF salary is about 160k ,plus 400k housing allowance yearly ,and they are been paid 13th month ,apart from that it iz not everyone that is opportuned to go for training ,so the training allowance is not a sure thing ..

Fact is fire service has the best career prospect of all the agencies under interior for those with science background.

You are so correct a fire fighter can be paid close to a million monthly as allowance base on what you have just stated , if he is attached to a private oil firm . This excluding his or her monthly salary from federal government, people pay up to 150k to 350k to get safety certificate,a fire fighter wey Sabi him job dey cash out steady ,. Let us not cast the job ,that was how someone I know looked down on the job 2019 and wanted to change the slot for Nigeria correctional service and now the person is balling .....

I think the person mean that immigration officers get extra money aside their salary unlike Fire Service officers....

that extra money depends on the state wey them post you ,and as a fire man if you Sabi your way,you dey make better money ,from schools, companies ,fire fighters that get paid up to 4 million and above for installations in universities ,private companies ,even for fire certificate ,some self dey go do fire lecture for 200k per schools.... That one just dey low key ,people wey Sabi chop inside the work ,dey chop fat..

All u guys focus on is salary. Overtime development n opportunities as an Immigration officer is highly above Ffs. NIS hv opportunities to work in Embassies (even outside 9ja). NIS uses fire arm, does FFS have? Ffs is a cool job for who doesn't like stress or business person etc

Bros if you don't know firemen that have made it ,that might be your reasons , even opportunities abroad with the right professional certificate ,fire fighter are been looked for abroad,places like Australia and co ,with the right professional certificate ,do you know how much a fire fighter attached to a oil firm is paid apart from his or her salary ,let God just give you the work wey him won use make you hammer,I have seen a poor immigration officer and I have seen a very wealthy fire man on the same rank ,who fire arm help,even Nigeria hunter dey use fire arm, even as an officer ,you cannot hold fire arm without signing it in officially ,you can work your entire career without holding fire arm...God will help us all bro .

Paramilitary don turn hot cake be that ,entry go dey collect above 200k now ,by the time dey do minimum wage ,e fit even reach 250k above .....

218,000 if it is 25% and 236,000 if it is 35% , for bsc entry ............ I don't think this have anything to do with minimum wage ,it is salary increment ........ They have not finish with the new minimum wage and they cannot be consequential announcement without minimum wage announcement...... Anyone with better view can air his opinion

I prayed Magrib and ishai with one deputy Director of ITF today,though we pray all our solat together except office time,after prayers today,he engage me because he is following something up in my office,I used the opportunity to ask him about a lots of things in ITF then he told me a lots of people resign and retired from ITF More than 60,and a lots of vacant,that is sure ITF will employ this yr.but he said he can't help oooooo even sometimes their directors don't get slots or junior cadre slot but Their boss if, he likes a director he will give that person senior staff slot and if the director not in good book he will give him junior staff slot.You may start building up connect towards ITF. ITF pay is better.

ITF pay is better or will get better People that they have not paid their usual allowance this year , People that the govt is trying to slash their money ,they now have to remit 50 percent generated revenue to the government and then use the remaining 50% to train the organization that they get their income from and also pay their staffs unlike before that they keep 50% for themselves .....they are still talking with the government on it but as per last month they still havent receive their housing allowance which they usually receive in January .

well as they have approved peculair allowance for ministry of interior ,ndlea too have their own ,which have made ndlea salary different, much better ,when they all start receiving their new salaries.

maybe you are mistaken federal fire service for state fire service ...federal fire service salary structure is the same with immigration ,correctional service ,civil defence ....
