How it was done During the last recruitment time by an Ndlea staff , the interview/screening started from the gate. They check ur name on the master list, tick it then u proceed to the Dining Hall where you are all expected to be in your White polo and navy blue short with white canvass. During our time they positioned some officers afar who would ask you to walk up to them barefooted. they would examine your hand, body for any deformity or tattoo e.t.c From there we were grouped to be attended to by some senior officer as per the arrangements of your document and the rest. from there straight to the clinic for height measurement and urine test. The final point was the big hall where the camp commandant was seated accompanied by some senior veteran officers . we were asked to move in 10s nah there dem go grill you about wetin bring una come NDLEA

what are you saying ,did I say drug test in training camp??I said confirmation process again ,I should have added documentation there ,they will do documentation confirmation again,you do not have to believe me ,even road safety last documentation ,they did little excercise ,even federal fire service 2019, little excercise is been done ,believe it or not ,you added rigorous excercise to suite your mindset..I said excercise ,it could even be a long walk ....why are you worried about that only users should.

another list yes but not in the sense that they will publish it ,in the sense That they will still invited people to occupy the vacancy that will be created from this process .......I guess any other list invitees will be via sms or email....

I don't think there is going to be another list ,the truth is that 30% to 40% of the shortlisted candidate might be disqualify because of drug and substance use test ,we know how youths take use of drugs just to feel fly and because of peer group pressure and THC stays in the body for 30 days above for light users and 60 days above for heavy users from the last day of intake of cannabis ,the Ndlea p.r.o said they will not joke with the drug test ,and what they do is to make you do some excercise before the test,so THC will burn out and show if you are a user,and another 10% might be disqualified for those that changed there age on their NIN,because they will confirm with BVN, those who do not have the original of there documents or do not have there documents too might be disqualified ....so there will be vancancy ,so the Ndlea pro said people will still be contacted,which I believe will be via sms or email,I do not think they will upload any list again ,even in camp people will be disqualify because they will still do documentation confirmation process all over again ,what you should just expect is a dramatic change of those that will be called to camp via test message or email,majority of people on this list,my guess is 55% will not even be called to camp .Even in camp people will still be disqualified and other people will still be invited .

that question till what end is not for me ,it is for you ,till the end That your thoughts and feelings are telling you ,and if your thoughts and feelings is asking you that question and telling you to find another route That it will not work out for you,it your choice to make ,but if my own thoughts and feelings is telling me to keep trying,I will ,I know a person who got job at the age of 40,I know someone that got a job,at 28,some 35,some 38,,they did not give up,there are ministries that take age 40 to 50 ,30,35, etc ,we all must not work for a paramilitary agency ,so my own feeling is not telling me at what end and my thought ,it is telling me not to give up and keep trying,what is mine will be mine,what God has plan for me will definitely work out,my trust is in God......like I said my choice ,my feeling ,my thought ,your choice ,your feelings ,your thoughts

For all you have typed, I just want to say that per the Ndlea that I know, it's still very possible that a candidate will be invited, ace the interview, meet other criteria, and still not make the final list. It has happened before, it can stilll happen again. You can call that negativity, but I feel like struggling Nigerian youths whose time has been wasted during the recruitment, need not keep hope alive or waste further time and money traveling for a job whose organiser's actions have serially betrayed their words.

you are entitled to your feelings,your thoughts are yours ,the way you have decided to think is allowed,if it is feel hopeless ,or hopeful,either in this recruitment or the next ,all this are your choice ,only you can decide that ,even God gave us free will,so if some set of people decide not to give up,decides to be hopeful it is there decision,they are also entitled to there feelings and there thoughts.......I know we are emotional about the whole situation and if I say the process has been fair ,I am lying to you,but the truth is that I would not allow any recruitment and any circumstance decide how I will feel because in the last recruitment ,this recruitment and other recruitment I have experience and I know people even if it is just 1% That have gotten jobs without knowing anyone ,so if those people after trying several times still had hope till they finally got recruited ,I have decided to have those kind of thoughts ,believe and hope,that one day ,that positive mind set will work for me as it did work for those that I know ,my choice ,my thought ,my feelings,even if at the end of the whole Ndlea process,I still did not get invited,I will keep registering for any other recruitment interview I can ,I will still go for exams and still do documentations of any job recruitment opportunity.the truth is that self pity ,emotional complains ,will not change anything , crying and talking about the whole process will not change anything,the same That I have decided that not getting recruited in a particular job will not change my decision to keep trying .... So you can say I am an insider an outsider,whatever you decide ,your thoughts ,your feelings ,your choice.

they cannot bring out another list ,what they will do is to screen out people from this process,do good house cleaning , and then invite people to occupy the vacancy that will be created from the screening and then try and balance the federal character before they publish the final list for training .

I think at this stage they just need to rest with the deceits. Saying the test that gave a lot of applicant issues and wasted their time is an important requirement for getting shortlisted, and then refusing to publish the scores of the same test? Even so, the statement attributed to some of their personnels about the list.
If anything, even if some applicants are disqualified during the interviews, it will only be an opportunity for the agency's personnel to replace them with their own candidates that were initially removed by the military guys.

well it is your choice to still remain negative minded with the whole thing,the truth is that inside the whole thing,people still got there names shortlisted who did not know anybody ,inside 2million persons 5000 is just about 0.25 percentage,so it is not even an easy task ,I did not get shortlisted ,does not mean I should be negative minded or not happy for those that got shortlisted because I could still get invited for this and if I don't ,I could get shortlisted in another job,that other person might not get shortlisted...we should not just always be negative minded because we did not get something and others got.

From a source many of the Ndlea staff are not happy with the list ,the recruitment was contracted to the military and there is a believe That they compromised the list as a lot of generals and military personnel slot got shortlisted(not saying I am certain that's what happened,it's a hear say) ,while Ndlea personnel slot did not get shortlisted ,so Ndlea is taking this documentations and oral interview and drug test very serious as this stage and the final stage will be handled by them ,so if you fail the drug integrity test for any substance you will be disqualified ,if your documents are not right too ,infact if you notice they asked people to come with there BVN ,if you changed your age on your NIN believing that you won't be caught ,they will confirm with your BVN and if the age is different you might be disqualified ,so they are going to filter alot of persons from this stage ,so don't loose hope,you can still get invited........the Ndlea chairman still maintains his integrity .

If you have any drug substance expect to be disqualified ,if you have reduce your age on your NIN ,you will be coming with you BVN number if the age does not tally ,you will be disqualified ....

If they are sending emails and text,they I can say it can be moved forward but if they are publishing in on there website ,I do not think it will be moved,but like we said though,anything can happen

Thay should be around 2nd week of June or so,they documentation only got to Abuja on the 23rd.

Road safety is under presidency ,did not make there salary the same with EFCC salary .......what I have idea of is that they have a new salary raise ,can't say if they got 100% salary increase or 200% salary increase ,when they start paying them,the people working there will know ..... They are the one that will enjoy it,until by God grace we join them....I think our focuss should be for Tuesday .... Because the list will shock many of us ,so we should begin to gather shock absorber.

Finally, President Muhammedu Buhari has signed the NDLEA Amendment Bill, 2023 into law. This is the first amendment of the NDLEA Act since it was established on the 29th of December, 1989 via Decree No. 48!

On behalf of my committee, I want to profusely thank my colleagues in the Green Chamber, the Honourable Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt.Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, his Deputy, Rt. Honourable Idris Wase, the entire leadership of the House, my Senate Counterpart, and the Senate President, the Clerk of the National Assembly (CNA), the UNODC, critical stakeholders in the War Against Drugs Abuse and of course, the Chairman/CEO of NDLEA, Management and Staff of the agency for their hard work, passionate commitment and collaboration with the House Narcotic Drugs Committee which I am privileged to serve as its Chairman.

To the CNA, my committee members and the Secretariat led by the clerk, I say a big thank you for tolerating the excessive pressure I mounted on you in the last 40 days to ensure that the bill came out clean and forwarded to President Muhammedu Buhari for his assent. With the successful amendment of the Act, the NDLEA can now effectively bark and bite.

With the amendment of the Act, the international community and particularly the UNODC will take Nigeria more seriously in the War Against Drugs Abuse (WADA) and trafficking. The WADA should be a collective fight of all Nigerians if we must clear the doubt of the drug barons and traffickers, for if we fail to destroy drug abuse, it will kill Nigeria.

My only regret was that my bill seeking to subject candidates of political parties, public servants generally, prospective high institution Students, Police, Military/ Paramilitary personnel, pilots, drivers and people in the service sector to compulsory routine drug test was stepped down from the amendment on ground that it was antithetical to human rights. But I disagree. That is a discussion for another day though!

Still, I am happy with what we have. I am also very proud of the 9th National Assembly for doing what no Assembly could muster the political will to do.

With the successful amendment of the Act, my colleagues and I have deepened the war against Narcotic Drugs scourge. We can now posture with legislative swagger as I bow out of the National Assembly on June 13th, 2023!

The credit for this lofty feat shouldn't go to me alone. It is for all members of the Narcotic Drugs Committees of both the House of Representatives and the Senate in the 9th Assembly for it takes more than one hand to tango!

Slots have been shared among them and they want to fix their slots and remove people that merited it.
I passed NCDMB and uploaded my Original certificate after passing 2 rigorous test conducted by Testmi.
At the end of it,their candidates were all fixed in the position that they didn't merit.
Those that merited it were dropped...

we only can put our trust in God ,the job that God has planned for us will not pass us by ,there is nothing we can do about it ,it is Nigeria world system
