Update on my kobo kobo project..

Nice job
May almighty bless you to finish it up

KolaShangOne:
There are dishonest people all over the world. I can't begin to tell you my experiences too.

Agree or not, we are the poorest country in the world.

Well I will not go on arguments with you my Boss

But one thing that sure me is my country Nigeria is not a poor country

If you say there’s dishonest and bad government I will agree with you but say poor NO

Infact we are not among top 40 poorest country.

KolaShangOne:
Those doors are soooo sub-standard.. I'm sure they produce it for the "Nigerian Market" because we desire cheap things (not our fault, we are the poorest country on earth) and anything goes (no standard regulations).

I disagree with you on this
That we are the poorest country
I feel why some people preferred to get some of their building materials outside Nigeria is hoping to buy quality.

For a sample in my line of paints
A owner of house wanted to paint his house with Value paints satin and Matt emulsion products and give his engineer over #800,000 thousand naira

You couldn’t believe the engineer as his own painter he normally used for painting job to scam people their both agreed on producing the paints at the site and paint on #300,000 they both blackmailed the house owner is from Value paints their buy the paints .

To cut the long story short after 2month the paints started failing changing colors on the wall

NOW TELL ME ARE WE NOT THE PROBLEM OF OURSELVES IN THIS COUNTRY?

It’s that the man didn’t pay for what he want

bastien:
are you a painter can you correct it??

Sure
We can give you our company painter with year’s of experience in the painting job
Your location sir

bastien:
The painter guy is saying because I bought the paint my self and it’s dalux paint I bought and not value part that’s why I’m having this problem even though screeding was done on the wall

This is bad
Is either the paints is low quality or is over thinning with water

However there’s room for correction.

Rainer131:
•Emulsion

Emulsion is water-based paint, with vinyl or acrylic resins added to make the finish hardwearing. This results in varying degrees of sheen – generally, the shinier the finish, the tougher the paint. Use for interior walls and ceilings.

•Matt: Gives a matt, non-shiny finish. Does not usually wear as well as the glossier emulsions, although the latest formulations are far tougher.

•Satin: Gives a subtle, soft-sheen finish and is more hardwearing than vinyl matt.

•Silk: Gives a high-sheen finish and is the hardest wearing of all the emulsion paints. Good in humid areas.

Correct

Dubemcapital1:
Nice paint anyways

Thank you my oga for your recommendation it will be grate joy to work with you sooner sir

Good evening sirs.
Please, I saw this build up few months ago, I cleared it and now it's here again.
We rarely visit the room and I don't know the cause.
Please, if you understand what it is what can I do to stop it?
Thanks

Hmmm
It’s well
In Africa believe this thing no good inside house ó

Prayers and visiting the room almost everyday day for cleanup will help.
