Registered Layout Plan;[/b]The above are the title docs u claimed to have possession of.I plan to make inspection this saturday 18th Jan 2011.I have already contacted you and will call u on Friday for arragements.But before then,can you please clearly and honestly answer this questions directly.
1.Can I have a copy of these docs on this day?
2. From pix sent, I can see that u just started clearing and you are yet to make allocations. How soon will you make allocations to buyers and how soon can I access my site and commence building?
3. can u extend period of payment fro m 10 months say to 12 months.

I have been to several beaches, miami,jumeira,ghana,somalia,egypt and I can make a comparison with the several beaches along the coast of Lagos. Why dont u guys wonder why u dont get to see the white guys surf our beaches? Our current is too strong and high.Even lifeguards are afraid to dabble into our beaches.An expert swimmer can be easily drowned on our beach, Whenever am at eleko,alpha,chevron or oniru beach.I just touch the waters with legs.make sure my family members does the same and off we are back in our tents.

Never u swim in any our beaches, the current is to strong and the waves are too high.

Although he brought receipts for capital contribution,survey fees,transactions on state land n registration and conveyancing fees and they seem genuine but i still want you to help confirm.

Happy New year to all Muslims in da house. Today is 1st Muharram 1432AH. Its asignificat day and month for all muslims.While followers of other religions spend their opening month in worthless merriment, the first month of Islam teaches us lessons of admonition, good counselling, knowledge of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, sacrifice, selflessness, patience and seeking the pleasure of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.Muslims are enjoined to fast through this month and especially on the 9th and 10th or on the 10th and 11th.For every fast observed in this month,there is a reward of thirty. This is one of the sacred months mentioned by Allah in the quran.And although fasting in it is voluntary (not compulsory like in Ramadan),it is advisable to fast from the 1st to the 11th.This is enjoined because your soul will be prepared for the 9th, 10th and 11th.
The 10th is the day of ashura.This day is significant for Muslims because on this day Allah's mercy was bestored on so many things.If we fast and pray on this day ,Allah will do the same and answer our prayer faster. The following event happened on this day
1. Heavens and earth were created, 2. Adam was created, 3.Noah's ark was rested on mount Judi, 4. Ibrahim was born, 5. Ibrahim was saved from the fire, 6.Yunus (Jonah) was taken ashore from the belly of the whale, 7.Allah freed the isrealites as Moses was commanded to split the red sea. 8. Ayuba (Job) was healed. 9 Yussuf (Joseph) was saved from his brother/well he was thrown in. and so many more.
So fast and pray on the 10th especially as enjoined on us by Rosul-lahi.
May Allah accept our acts in this regard as a worthy act of ibadah/worship, Ameeeeen.
