With the scheduled meeting of Putin and trump energy guys , something that is been talked about and rumours of trumps pressure on the Saudis, a bit respite might come.

Elections are near in the US...corona ain't doing the Washington orange head no good, and oil debts piling up in Texas isn't looking good...the Americans need the respite more.

The term "value" is relative when talking about oil in this regard.

Further downside are still been envisaged as next month, cos April loading orders from Saudi have been priced at varies cut of minus 6usd to minus 10usd from 30usd, depending on the region the order is coming from.

The idea of pumping more oil , thinking it will force Russia back to the table didn't work, in fact, it backfired...and this may even lead to the death of OPEC if care is not taken.

As it stands, naija is the only major member that has capacity to ramp up production, which is even not up to 150k extra barrels daily. Iran and Venezuela are battling us sanctions, Libyas production has been hurt by rebels, Canada has started its own oil bailout, Angola is reeling in debts....yet Saudi Aramco is still boasting of o er 12m production on a daily basis next month.

Now so many barrels on the sea, no buyer, corona is not even helping, and now Saudi is heavily buying up storage places from Netherland to Japan, to Italy , everywhere.... Even driving cost of storage up ,making it hard for the smaller OPEC guys like naija to pay for similar storage.

Oil won't die now,not this century, we haven't gotten. Any serious or real alternatives that can take its place, hydrocarbon has been parr of our everyday life, Ib our homes, offices ,name it.

Even at $5 a barrel, there will still be good value for it.

It doesn't matter to me because the fibo level is same whichever way [I dont believe these tools because the crowd uses them and you know majority is 95% that fails in forex
But I'm open to learn drawing the Fib correctly as long as I can grow my demo accounts in the end.
