senatordave1:I disagree though. And you haven't answered my question. |
Melezenawii:Is it wrong to hate someone who hates you. |
Lee29:See 1 Corinthians 7:1-7 The Catholic Church is perfect. One and only true church of Christ. |
garfield1:Stop being naive. Chidoka won that election because people were voting PDP at all levels to avoid mistakenly voting anyone that is not Peter Obi. True Ifeanyi is more popular but election is a game of numbers. |
simpleseyi:Zombies don't feel pain, even if it is going to kill them. |
eTECTIV:Thats because he (Shina Peter) is Igbo and they (him and Ojukwu) both know what they are doing. Shina Peter is a native of Atani in Anambra. His father is Chief Osita Osadebe. It will be a shame if you don't know this already. |
Oga Keyamo. Those things you wrote may or may not be true but I have one important question. Why am I going broke more than often and the people who I hope to bail me out are now the ones that call first asking if I could help them out? Obasanjo or Jonathan couldnt have been the reason for this! |
The government is running a blackmail campaign against people over this 2nd Niger bridge issue. It has never been about settlement but the minister is making it look so and saying it is stopping the bridge project. Lies! How come they are showing us pictures of workers on site and ongoing work progress if it is being stopped. Is that not because no one is stopping or interfering with the actual bridge project. The issue there is on compensation for people who are affected by the connecting expressways to the bridge. I am saying this not because I am guessing but because it personally affected me being in one of the communities the road is going to pass through. How do you plan on removing people from their ancestral homes, remove fillings stations, factories, farms, shrines and you never planned compensation? And they are quoting N500m as what people are demanding. Why is the South east always on the receiving end of blackmail like this. Is it that they never truly wanted to do the bridge and is now looking for excuses to abandon it. |
NnwachukuOkike:Nigerians are yet to reason properly? Do you even listen to yourself? That fire is in Onitsha, heart of Biafra. So are you telling me that official proclamation of the Biafra Republic will change the thinking of everybody from Igbo land. Let's assume that your rant that the fire is an attack on Biafra is actually true: Did the Fulani terrorist also attack the reasoning and common sense of our people to put basic measures in place to forestall tragedy of such magnitude? Is it the Fulani that made people build houses on top of or just beside drainages? Is it Fulani that made traders display wares by the drainages? Is it Fulani that made the state and local governments not provide standby fire service in a city like Onitsha? Is it also Fulani that removed your brain that made you not reason along these lines? To answer your first question, the right time for us to have Biafra is when people like you and Obiano and other fellow Igbo starts reasoning properly. If we get it before that time, we will all face even worse situation than we are already facing in Nigeria today. |
NnwachukuOkike:We are praying that Biafra will come at the right time when people start to reason like people not before that time. You know, Biafra will not manufacture brain for people. Look at you for example : what has Biafra got to do with Fire Outbreak |
Ndu ara! |
This government is Scam! Saddest part is that a pastor and and Professor of Law is spearheading this one. That T-shirt alone costs up to 2k and your are claiming your stipend is "boosting micro businesses" ?!!! Do they even have conscience at all? |
Karlebolu:He didn't specifically state his statement applies ONLY when using union |
Eteka1:They were not all northern states and they did not all apply. 1. Ondo state was in the list but the governor cleared that he is not in the RUGA idea but ranching which they already provided even before RUGA. 2. Benue State was alo in the list but the governor came out and openly denied involvment. Infact they did a press conference where they stated that federal government came with the idea but they rejected it only for the Ministry of Agriculture to come in forcefully with bulldozers to start clearing land. So my friend, there is nothing voluntary about RUGA and it is simply cattle colony renamed. The FG will arm twist every governor eventually and implement it against people's wish if people kept quiet. |
Alichigozie:Asi asi! Iro niyen! ...... |
lanrexdo:No need reading anything bro. Its a Greek gift all the same and we all know that. |
lanrexdo:Any good idea that, within all that great ideas, in any way involves cows or herders of Fulani extraction or even any tribe at that being given land ANYWHERE by the government under any guise is not great but a stupid Greek gift and Nigerians know better now. Shove it up your hole where sun don't shine. They should first improve our economy with oil before painting eldorado picture of RUGA. |
deomelo:But you should stop the misinformation that RUGA is LTDP. |
deomelo:Prove it! And if it is same why give it a new name when it is already in place. Also why did the VP deny being in charge of RUGA and accepted he is in charge of LTDP. Do you know better than the VP? |
![]() budaatum:Why are you trying desperately to help politicians in their lie? Livestock Transformation Development Plan is not same as RUGA. Livestock Transformation Development Plan is mostly about ranching and all the things you listed above but Fulani doesn't want ranching. They want grazing by all means and that is why they want the idea of a large expanse of land where they will graze and then coupled with other benefits of LTDP. Isnt that funny and fishy at the same time? LTDP s what Osibanjo approved and Buhari and his brothers stole in the RUGA idea from the back to confuse people. That is why the VP vehemently denied that he is the one in charge of RUGA when they implied so. Do you think he didn't know there were differences before he denied it? Whatever term you give it today, most non slavish southern and middle Beltan states will no longer take it because they know it will ultimately be a plan to resettle Fulani from both Nigeria and West Africa throughout Nigeria. That is a huge no. It is not like you are resettling people with no agenda however a people that is already killing you when you havent given them your land. Imagine what happens when you map out a portion of your land for them. No amount of painting or coloration will sell the idea now. People have seen where the whole thing is going. |
Boyooosa:1. Nobody said it took place today. When it happened didn't change the fact that it did happen. Senator Abbo assaulted a lady back in may but he is answering for it today. 2. What you call evidence depends on what you chose to believe. Even a video evidence will mean nothing to you when your mind is made up Just like you ignored the google search result here: https://www.google.com/amp/s/dailypost.ng/2018/07/25/reverse-transfer-military-task-force-commander-plateau-adp-tells-buhari/amp/ Which is higher up in the result that showed Plateau group protesting Atolagbe's removal but instead chose the one about a possibly sponsored group in guise of civil society hailing his removal. The question you should ask yourself is who will rejoice in the removal of an army commander who do not have ANY human rights violations or petitions against him. Was there any petition against him by the "civil society" prior to his removal? Why are then are they rejoicing. 3. At the end of the day it's always about PDP and APC for you guys. Even when people's lives are at stake. It doesn't matter as long as your party member is not shamed. You just cited senator Abbo's case out of nowhere. The same man first condemned by his party people. Even the man who sponsored him did not spare him. Can you say the same for Ganduje? Adeosun? Others? You guys are a shame to humanity. |
ezigr8:Google is your friend. Don't believe FFK or anyone just try to make some quick research whenever anyone puts up a story like this. A simple Googling of Gen. A Atolagbe should have led you to this story. |
Boyooosa:Who did Agundu replace? Is it not Atolagbe. Even though he was not dismissed, he was removed as the commander. Simply because he wanted to see to the root of the Fulani attaacks and he then used his own money to get forensic equipments to investigate a fulani attack scene and from there he got matching prints on bullets which led to the arrests. Google it before dismissing it. It is out there and there were petitions from plateau elders when this happened. |
wowcatty:You are still agreeing with me. Tinubu's corruption is Yoruba corruption alone and no one else's business but other people's corruption is national corruption which should be an issue. |
wowcatty:You see that's the problem right there his corruption is your corruption while other politician's corruption are Nigeria's corruption. Why do you castigate Ibori, Orji Kali, Ibb etc but canonise Tinubu. Must they steal from national coffers before their theivery is proved? My brother they are all thieves but when it becomes easy for you to call Ibori a thief even before his conviction and also call Atiku the same thief without any conviction but you feel pain when someone else calls Tinubu a thief then something is very wrong with you. If it is your understanding that stealing from state level doesn't affect Nigeria then your IQ requires evaluation. You noticed I did not bother going into Lagos-Igbotakeover-no man's land nonsense with you. That is childish stuffs for nairaland kids. |
Let's pretend you are actually an Igbo man. 1. Many Nigerians not Igbos alone but including some sensible Yoruba people hate Tinubu because he is a corrupt politician like many we have in every tribe in Nigeria. 2. They hate him same way you hate our own corrupt politician. You should ask your self why the hate is given to Tinubu rather than somebody like Osibanjo who in power. That's because it has not been demonstrated that he is as corrupt as Tinubu. Tinubu is arguably the most corrupt Nigerian alive today. The only tragedy is that the supposed sophisticated tribe will choose no one talk about his corruption and always demand for evidence YET they still talk about corruption of people from other tribes. So brother when you put up threads like this one seeking to make it Igbo versus Yoruba issue, you are one of the problems with Nigeria. |
Hang the mofo already. |
Guestlander:You will see this in polluted cities like Beijing and Shanghai due to smog. If you get there no one will tell you to get your own mask too. |
Dino ride on. Let them all wail to death. Dino has been buying lots of toys long before he became a senator. These hypocrites know that very well but as long as it's Dino who is against their Chief hypnotist Tinubu, anything he ever does is a sin. Yet when you ask about the budillon bullion vans they will warn you that it is not your money. Idiots! My only issue with that tweet is the grammatical errors which he should not excuse as typos. |
After that na Evans turn. |
XhosaNostra:You are just being a child. And I am sure you are a guy sef. In all your so called realism you never considered her emotions and things she can possibly do to get back at the jerk that impregnated her. And you made it look like court will just tie the three of them together for 18 years just because he supplied semen and ran off. Women have more power on this kind of things if you don't know. Some joint custody is fruitless for men. All that aside, no atom of pity or empathy from you and she specially asked for it. Too many kids on nairaland. |
