Yoghurt is a very healthy drink for overall health but you need to increase your magnesium intake when taking so much yoghurt, there is a serious side effect to too much of it without magnesium, that's why the northerners take it with fura, any food that have magnesium must be in your diet such as beans, fura, etc. Google more on this, it's been long I came across this information. I take yoghurt a lot too but I eat beans daily.

Then plan to Japa by all means reason is because nothing guarantees you will always have that job, life is not predictable, I don't think it should hinder your work since you work remotely, when you get there still save up and continue to invest in properties back home, go for lekki, Abuja, type of properties, your income may not be worth much over there but it will secure your future here in Nigeria, you will build generational wealth and will not rely on your income alone in your new country, you will be collecting rent from Nigeria and still be in a developed country,
