I see mixed opinion on these matter...

Shiiiit like that you know. I have lived long enough to know that the message is just as important as the delivery. If your delivery is respectful, kind and uplifting, most people will not take it as an affront.

I don't want to relocate anymore.
Does it mean it will be cancelled.
