First of, the only way to identify 2019-nCoV properly is by studying its viral genome sequence.

Just like any other test, results could still be prone to manipulation.

I've got this one policy, if you must copy, do it creatively, only then can your results be overlooked & forgiven. Stephen Fung basically copied or wanted something in the likes of Stephen Chows Kung Fu Hustle. Whatever he did or planned to do, he did haphazardly, and as such, the results were so underwhelming.

I've always had this liking for Sammo Hung's Style of martial arts, but i wasn't really impressed by his action choreography here. For a Kung-fu movie, the pacing & plot were quite poor. Character development was also non-existent.

On the bright side, acting was ok, the movie had this cool video game vibes as well as a few animated sequences that sure spiced up the it's cinematography, which kinda reminds me of Jackie Chan's City Hunter

As if it many flaws weren't enough salt to injury, the movie ends abruptly.......thus leaving me hanging & unsatisfied.

Tolu121 is right though. Movies like bloodshot are average movies in terms of rating.

Like you said, if we want to ignore the plot and other flaws of a movie but rate it solely based on pure action, then that means since action is it's only selling point, the action aspect must be spectacular, the concept and tech too should be excellent. For this category, we can pick movies like Mad Max Road fury, Elysium, fast and furious, jack the slayer etc. Especially Mad Max is one bad ass movie . When i got it 2015, i kept watching the movie on repeat for hours, action packed, no dulling moment in mad max road fury. As disgusting as the movie is to me, i couldn't resist the urge to keep watching it. Elysium too is lit. Jack the slayer too has a good concept but it was not handled well, the effects etc are not topnotch, if not it could have been another high rated movie. On the other hand, Bloodshot not that excellent, i would even pick other Vin Diesel movies like Bleep - return of xander cage before picking bloodshot.
