Alison should bring herself back to Nigeria or was it the Nigerian government that ferried her to London. Queen of thieves. |

Eventually the truth shall be out as we only have one account of what is happening.
See this:
” On the disputed contracts, the source said: “The award of about one or two contracts preceded the inauguration of the board. For instance, when the NNPC entered into the AKK pipeline contract, which the minister said was valued at approximately $3b, there was no board then. But when it was reported to the board, we were told it was AT NO COST to the Federal Government.” |

Blue3k: Yeah at least you cared to Comments so it was complete waste adding in all those hyperlinks. Most only care for sensational tooics. This topic is kind of dry in spite of it being being canal projet in Africa.
I do agree with the proposal for now. I'm still trying to read through the Lake chad Myth argument to see if I can agree with it. The project would do wonders in expanding the agricultural, fishing and livestock production. The power generation for the small commuities would help on value added activities.
The funding I'm not worried from what I understand chins will hand out loans since this part of one belt one road. It's how each country will agree to repay loans. Then the regulations that bother me. True, will still re-read the op .... next time name the thread PMB takes more. loans or diverts oil money for the north you will see tractioj. |

This thread should be closed for being far above intellect of most nairalanders.
Its an ambitious project I forsee many funding challenges in achieving the project. Reviving the Lake chad will reduce poverty and ensure BH and its likes have fewer people interested in being part of it. |

Helping the poor isn't wrong but helping only the northern poor amidst penury across the entire nation raises more questions than answers. Nigeria still cries for equity and justice. [/s] As usual your bigotry hinders you from comprehending anything... the same north east that the BH wars happened hence requiring rebuilding is now interpreted as helping the poor when they in fact suffered devastation . [s] BLSYNG: Mr Crystal wyz, any contract money that did not follow due process eventually gets missing. How will the progress of the contract only one person knows about or awarded be truly monitored? [/s] It is sad to see young people incapable of thinking right. One person only knew about a contract between Nnpcc and several international companies, Government to Government contracts. This post of yours ranks one of the most idiotic statements I have heard in a while. Do you know NNPC internal process of awarding contract? Baru crime is that he did not get final approval from the board which is wrong but lying and salivating that there is missing money is clearly an indication of being incapable of reasoning or in the very least have a comprehension deficit! |
