I seriously doubt there's any country in the world more corrupt than Nigeria. They may have their own problems and some highly-placed people who are corrupt but that would be nothing compared to systemic corruption, which is what we're grappling with.

Well there are even on the corruption index, Russia case is very bad, if you follow the news recently an anti corruption activist who expose corruption was arrested and framed by the police of possessing drugs...
