234GT: In my opinion, this is a difficult question, because different banks have different systems of payment.
Some pay upfront, while others don't. A friend of mine told me her bank pays twice a month, ie the salary is dived into two and paid twice.
The biggest issue is what percentage of your total pay is performance based and how much of the performance pay you get.
But there is a thread titled 'The highest paying bank in Nigeria on nairaland'. You may google it.

boneruns: Okay. Diamond is the highest paying, I can't tell you the figures. I reliably learnt UBA reviewed their salary, which I presume is higher than Diamond.

But it isn't about the money. Seriously, the best is starting career and growing in consultancy firms like PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Accenture and etc. most younger people will only realize this after some years.

How long will our lecturers continue to demand for sex and money in exchange for marks and at the same time go on strike for not being paid for doing nothing?
Our hospitals are in shambles and our politicians fly off to other countries with better Medicare to receive treatment for their headache and stomach aches while our people die of serious sicknesses.
When did it get to this?
Where are we heading with this?
There is so much going on that if I continue; we might not have an end to this piece. You see a girl of 15 years dating a boy of 18years.for Christ sake, what are they supposed to gain from such relationships?
A house divided can never stand, Nigeria is our home.
