I can see a lot of Ib hopefuls are simply giving up.If you have better alternatives fine!If not keep trying and continue hoping for IBPLC call up.I was assured again this morning that we will definitely be called.ONE LOVE!

Make una no complain o!some people don de wait for inter for d past 9 months after medicals.

I have a comprehesive list as released by CBN,i,ll post it when next im online.

Some thing is definitely wrong with our beloved bank.Every info. coming out of the bank has to do with pay slash.I think management should let people know the true state of the bank and what is really happening.The biggest banks in the world do experience problems,but the only way to overcome this is to address the root cause.All our jobs are on the line because of management irresponsibility and the earlier we realise this the better.
Most people i know in IBPLC are now looking for other jobs,including those in trainning school,can you believe it?person wey never start job wey don begin luk for anoda one.CHEI!

compare to a jobless mans life and you will know why people endure.

What the hell is happening!A lot of IBplc hopefuls are rejecting their offers,i know quite a few that say they wont be resuming at UAC on the 11th.Is IBPLC really that bad.

No be Nigeria you dey,my brother no bank job is permanent.Two years with a world class company is better than what you think you have presently and why the hell wont you perform well!

Most likely,my source says UAC will be resuming anytime from now.I don't know about Kano.Al da best.

Your regions matter a lot,April hopefuls from lagos mainland region will be trainned alongside feb. hopefuls from some other regions.HR need from branches within the region determines who and who is called.

I'm one of the April 22nd Apapa hopefuls and i got the text too.Like i said it's simply turn by turn,don't bother yourself too much.AL DA BEST.

Congrats to all those already invited for trainning and also those informed of their status.
Like i said before IBPLC is doing all it can to make the recruitment process stressfree.The decision to inform people of their status is a new one and this is simply due to complaints that the period from call up to TS resumption is too short for adequate preparation.All those that have received msgs. should start preparing for TS,you will be called very very soon.Your batch will comprise 45 Apapa hopefuls i.e nos 1-45 on the list.If you are yet to receive your text don't despire it simply means you're not within the first 45 but you will be called subsequently.AL DA BEST.

UNA NO DEY HEAR WORD?IBPLC is having branch expansion problems and will start calling again once it is resolved.Get busy for goodness sake! and stop whining,You will soon start working for this organization and then we will see how well you will resolve HR issues.
The good news is that,the first batch of april Apapa hopefuls will be called 1st week of August INSHA ALLAHU to resume at UAC. Lets all hope and pray we will be part of it.

This is the latest,
1.IBPLC is undergoing restructuring.
2.The restructuring will not affect the on going recruitment as it has already been approved.
3.There will be a further delay because of problems with branch expansion.
4.We will definitely be called as soon as this problems are resolved.
5.They are recruiting more freshers soon as their mandate hasn't been achieved.

PLEASE PRAY THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS FAST.THEY WOULD LIKE TO CALL EVERYBODY A.S.A.P BUT THIS ISSUES HAVE TO BE RESOLVED FIRST.

I don tire oooooooooooooooooooooo!Noboby seems to know anything.The only explanation was that UAC will be finishing next month,so maybe we will have to wait till then,which probably means August!I seriously hope and pray it's not so.

To all April 22nd hopefuls,I think what we should concentrate on now is how to get some cogent info. from reliable people who work with IBPLC or have acess to inside info.Let's try to use our network of friends to find out the following,
1.What sort of documentation?,cos i'm aware all those with incomplete documents have been contacted.
2.Are all the 100+ successful candidates from Apapa sure of a place in T.S
3.When are we likely to be called,I want to belive those in HR will definitely have an idea.No organization likes to speculate hence nobody will tell you over the phone to expect something he is not 100% sure of,but a friend will give you an idea.
PLS ALL APAPA HOPEFULS CALL WHOEVER YOU CAN AND FIND OUT THE FOLLOWING AND HELP CLEAR THIS AIR OF UNCERTAINTY.I WILL DO THE SAME.ALL DA BEST.

IBPLC only calls after medicals if your papers are not complete e.g your birthcert. or ssc cert. is not filed .It happened to a friend.I would advice you go and find out from them at HR what the problem is.

Isn't it funny,I'm a man and i have had numerous girlfriends who simply cheat whenever i turn my back.At times i think all the want from me is simply sex.My last girl still comes to my place for sex even though we broke up two months ago and i know who she is presently dating.It is extremely hard to stay in a relationship if you are the faithful type.

I have just decided to go down to IBPLC head office and try to get some clarification.
If it is true that there are over 200 still awaiting trainning,then how in the world are those of us that did our medicals on 22nd April going to resume trainning in june.I think Lagos has just 3 functional T.S for now with less than 200 joint capacity.So if everyone on the list resume trainning immediately.There would'nt be a free trainning slot until July.
