Simple........take a look at d payment level....it can never be JUPEB cos dey are nt classified as 100level...it can never be DE cos d payment level wud ave been 200 thks

I laff in sign language. It doesnt still prove its for a PUTME studnt. All I know is that there is no link for payment for PUME students on Kofa neida has it been announced on uniben.edu like they always do. So there's no point planting fear in d hearts of both d admittd nd those dat avnt been admitted.
