Well i believe my can heal on it own becus my lifestlye is health friendly
but when i first notice fresh blood on my stool
i started to fast
but during this period my food intake reduce drastically
i drink alot of water
eat fruit
i also prepare local blood tonic
by blending fresh tomatoes
and mix with ugwu extract
add milk and malt to the mixture and i take it 30mins to 1 hour after drinking my first water.
and i boost my immune system for fast recovery with a tea i take once in a while.
i also detox my body during dis period with

i take early in the morning with empty stomach
then excercise
