Nigerians una eye go clear las las, Ojukwu saw this in 1967 and try to warn Nigerians, but instead the same fulanis used Nigerians to fight their fellow citizens so that they can capture Nigeria. That is why a fulani man can come from anywhere in Africa and kill your brothers in your village and the government will back them up.

The so call Fulani in the North only complain when they are not in charge. Nobody has ever talked about budget through out Buhari tenor. Now that Tinubu has removed their hand from most of the MDA they realised the oil in the south belongs to them

I am not a fan of Tinubu but I think the man has done well in that aspect. Buhari appointed Northerners to head all MDA no one complained now they have become intelligent overnight. Motherfucker

Reread the trash you posted and tell us if it makes sense.

If you don't know the history of Nigeria, ask your elders at home.

Awolowo and Ahmadu Bello wanted to include the secession clause in our Independence Constitution, only for Zik to argue otherwise and he succeeded in convincing the British colonial officials not to include it.

Was Awolowo not in the opposition, while Igbos led by Zik and northerners led by Ahmadu Bello filled up the Federal Civil Service with their people? Did they not conspire to send Awolowo to prison?

Even when some gallant officers wanted to right the wrong, did the Igbos among them not betray the cause by sparing their political leaders, while kpaing Northern and Western political and military leaders such as Akintola, Ahmadu Bello, Tafawa Balewa, Okotie Eboh, Zakariyahu Maimalari, Ademulegun, and Ralph Sodehinde? Was this ill-advised action not the immediate cause of the Civil War?

Did Ojukwu not come from exile to join the NPN which was more or less dominated by the same people who waged a brutal war against his people less than 15 years earlier?

Did Awo not approach Zik for a political alliance in 1979 and 1983 willing to play second fiddle? Did Zik not go ahead to forge a weak alliance with his Northern masters again? What happened during Abiola's election versus Bashir Tofa? How many Igbo states did he win?

I can go on and on to show how mischievous Igbos are. These people blame others for their evil-mindedness and play victim cards when the table turns on them.

Keep educating them pls

I didn't want to come out bursting so it doesn't appear like I'm coming with bias, but with all my goodwill approach, all I can say is that this man and his kin with such mindsets are bumbling moronns.

^^^
He isn't a 'bumbling slowpoke'.

The 'mindset' you deride has prevailed above all others in this country's entire post-independence history. It has shaped this country's current reality - and it appears it will shape its future as well unless...

You don't get to control (and keep controlling) the affairs of tens of millions of your countrymen by being a slowpoke. You don't!

JoeEeL:
First of all, who decided what north is?

^^^
The British.

JoeEeL:
Who falls for this crap? There is nothing like north?

^^^
It isn't 'crap'.

It is highly effective political brinksmanship, exploited to perfection by the likes of Dr. Bugaje...and it succeeds precisely because there is something like the North. Northern Nigeria does exist. It is a geographical reality and to a certain extent, also a political one. To pretend it doesn't exist is very, very unwise.

JoeEeL:
Is TIV part of north? Is Okun part of North? Are Gbagyi, Nupe, Eggon, Gwari, Jukun, Afizere, Mupun, Kwalla, Doemak, Adara, Atyap, Gworok, Wurkum, Mumuye, Bachama peoples all north?

^^^
Yes they are.

These ethnicities were all found in the Northern Protectorate in what is now known today as Nigeria.

JoeEeL:
When you begin to hear 'north', 'north', just know that the speaker is very likely fulani, who has no lands at all in nigeria but like to hide behind regions.

^^^
grin

Ok.

But it works. You cannot deny that it works for them. It is the worst kind of demagoguery but goddamit, it works.

JoeEeL:
Watch them in Ilorin. The fools don't say this is Yoruba culture or Fulani culture. They will hide behind the name and say this is "Ilorin" culture.

^^^
They are not fools!

They are not fools!!

Their success in Ilorin proves this beyond all reasonable doubt. You don't get to seize territory and keep it for over 100 years by being foolish...fools don't get to impose their way of life on captured territory and successfully 'persuade' the natives to renounce their own customs and traditions (the Isese controversy comes to mind) as heathen, pagan nonsense. undecided If this is folly then by all means sign me up.

JoeEeL:
As long as we have these people near to us, Im sorry for Yoruba, Igbos, Izon, Orring, Urhobo, Igede, Efik etc. We will never have rest. Never.

Statements such as this can heat up the polity and should be condemned.. the oil in Nigeria belongs to Nigerians, not any North or better still the oil producing regions are the ones to lay claim to oil resources because the oil is found on their lands.

Until they remove Northerners completely from anything petroleum, we won't stop seeing these inflammatory statements from those with 'born to rule' mentality.

It is very easy,

We southerners are ready to give up the offshore oil to the neighbourhood countries by dissociating ourselves from the landmass of the north if that is contained in the UN convention of 1982

We are ready to manage our soil oil and gas by ourselves,

We say no to northern Nigeria land, hence United Nation can then allocate the offshore oil to next neighbourhood country with the largest landmass

The north think they have sense,

You need the south to enter the sea, and you cannot bully us to claim oil, if the south breakup from the north, the offshore oil you are claiming will still belong to the south alone as the UN convention didn't mention control over the sea nautical miles as a function of land mass,

The North should lay claim to Sahara desert and not the sea in our backyard

Nonsense from a quota system and half-baked dr my foot

How many of our leaders came out to contest the claim? They will all be quiet and say nothing, that was the reason why there was no significant projects in the South to increase our oil and gas capabilities, because Buhari spent billions of dollars searching for oil in the North, money meant for developing on our existing Oil and Gas industry, billions was sent to the north to search for oil and nothing was found.

It is not a controversial statement. Go back to our constitution, which is the grund norm. Look at what it says about the ownership of natural resources. According to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the ownership of natural resources is vested in the Nigerian state itself. The idea that there is an oil producing state is at variance with our constitution. It is an idea manufactured by an ignorant mind, a mind that does not even know the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nobody can own the oil, gold, or whatever natural resources that God has given this country, except the Nigerian state designs another process of ownership.

A classic example of a circular argument. Northerners use their numerical advantage to erase the idea of State rights of oil resources in the Nigerian constitution... because of their selfish agenda.

Then they turn around and point to the very same constitution to paint others as ignorant for demanding States rights of oil resources.

Although, the northern political class are politically intelligent, I dislike their hypocrisy, entitlement mentality and greed in this country's affairs. However, the division of the South is giving the North an upper hand. Until the South wakes up in unity and take the bull by the horn by changing the fraudulent constitution, the North will continue to get the upper hand.

Half knowledge can be more dangerous than no knowledge.
The question is how much of our oil comes from the exclusive areas and how much more is coming in based on the extra sea areas the non-coastal states are affording us by reason of extra landmass? He avoided that very juicy fact and that shows he is afraid to go further with his malicious argument.
Osun state is not a northern state but affords us extra milage into the sea for exploration going by his argument. Same thing applies for Kwara, Ogun, Kogi, Ebonyi, Abia, Benue, Cross Rivers.
Half data is no data in this case.
When he's talking about landmass in the North how's that consign exclusive areas which made the natural resources possible for exploration, by his argument North not even supposed to chop oil money. The man is confused
