Has southeast performed better than southeast? Why don't you worry about your people and leave us to our problem? |

Lol...am just saying my own to avoid bloodshed. I dont want 1967 to happen all over again and then the ibos start blaming yoruba for their folly and failure afterwards just as they are doing now. Go and listen to radio biafra and see what your people are planning for themselves. Awolowo warned you guys back then that we wont be involved in your suicide mission and encouraged peace yet ojukwu refused him blatantly and went ahead OdenigboAroli: And what is your point? Has southeast performed better than southeast? Why don't you worry about your people and leave us to our problem? |

What is hindering biafraland from creating eden right now from the current fishpond they are swimming in right now. Has any of your gorvernors or politicians ever been starved of funds from the FG. You all like blaming others esp yoruba for your problems. From the inception of this new democracy that started in 1999, you have all kept on voting for the same set of politicians and political party and u expect change? Is it an hausa gorvernor or Yoruba that is ruling over abia? You all need to change your ways and start being responsible for yourselfves in this zoo first by being political aware, mending tribal bridges and harmoniously demanding an end to the status quo from your politicians. That is much more viable and much attainable than a bloody revolution for the clamour of biafra CSTR2: Don't try to be smarter than you really are. Why do you think people are angling for biafra? You think people will ask for biafra if igboland had a first world development.? To create a developed nation from the Nigerian zoo is the real reason for biafra. Igboland right now is a zoo just like the rest of the Nigeria. |
Politics › Re: Those From SE And SS That Voted Buhari by vicadex07(m): 11:52pm On Jul 27, 2015 |
was your friend angling for any political post when he was supporting buhari. If yes, them he is not being sincere. Am from the SW and also made a lot of enemies supporting PMB. Remember southwest was shared almost 50/50 by both parties so you should be able to relate with what am saying. I feel your friend should be more interested in good governance and accountability from whoever PMB appoints which is the main reason why most PMB supporters voted for APC Rose2014: So If at the end, me n my bestie have finally been lumped together in the same basket as per people that didn't vote Buhari, it means someone made a wasted effort despite all the enemies bestie racked up while defending Buhari. Supporting him in descriminating with appointment is not going to be any solace, I can tell u that. Buhari might have as well gotten zero votes so we all know we get only whatever the constitution can give
Anyway, I'll convey your message but in a whisper* I don laff am tire and that's not helping pardon me but I find this very case too funny to hide my true feelings. Chai it's not good to brag too much about a politician
I'm talking about someone who literally became enemy of everyone because of this
Anyway Thanks for your input Message received |

Yeah ands that is basically the presentation but the intention is quite understandable and I admire Buhari for his honesty. What he literally means is that the people of the SE/SS shouldnt expect much political appointments just as it has been playing out before he travelled to the us. On the other hand, the issue of administartion and other dividends of democracy is non negotiable. He stated that exclusively that he is bound by the comstitution to do just that...hence no PDP governor has been starved of monthly allocations and other extra benefits. Also the recent increase in power generation has been felt accross the country without discrimination. Tell your APC friend to take solace in that Rose2014: @ The bolded At least you acknowledged that something is wrong with that statement
Thank u |
Politics › Re: Those From SE And SS That Voted Buhari by vicadex07(m): 11:15pm On Jul 27, 2015 |
Lol...his mariginalization talk is about poltical appointments and not about administration which to me is reasonable enough just that it came out wrong. Look at it this way, the north and southwest has the highest number of representatives politically in APC. So it is just common sense that majority of the political appointments goes to them, hence the debacle at the national assemblies Rose2014: My best friend has been an ardent supporter of Buhari before and after campaign until Buhari's latest interview. We were speaking today and the next thing I heard was 'Nigerian politicians never fail to dissapoint' I was like 'how?' 'Even Buhari too?' As expected, my friend is very disappointed with what Buhari said in US. After our conversation, I began to wonder about so many things. Some of you guys made enemies with your friends and families and went ahead to support Buhari but it seems your best is not seen as good enough by the president
My question now is this: Now that Buhari has said he'll marginalize those constituencies that gave him less votes so he can appreciate the ones that gave him more, where does this statement leave you guys? What are you going to do now? Any lesson learnt? Share your experiences pls

But you guys are living and working on another mans lands now thereby bringing prosperity to us. If you look at this critically you will see that your people are slaves and we are your masters. The reason you call us lazy is because you do all the dirty jobs for us just like the abbokkis. How do you expect us to work when we have ibo slaves and servants to help us. The reason you all now clamour endlessly for biafra is because youre tired of the oppression. Not to worry though, we shall review your terms and conditions of servitude ans come up with a whole new program that am sure youll never reject. But if you all insist on getting your freedom from our oppresion you must all leave your properties in lagos and head back to biafra the same way you came. That will serve as payment to we your masters for your freedom ArodewilliamsT: You won't have the property of any Igboman even when the Biafra is hoisted in all of Biafraland. Biafrans are global citizen, who have the right to lead themselves in the their lands and own properties anywhere from Catalunya to Benin rep, from Cameroun to Tanzania. Sounds like bad news to you right? Lol. Yeah, that mean you need stop sh11ting all over the place like yorubaman that you are, gat your laszy gay aszze and work! work! work!. You won't take another man's sweat, karma won't let you enjoy it. You might even die before touching that property it's a promise. Biaran will defend themselves anywhere! They've always done that even in the arid north. Yours will be a walk over. |

He threw away his moral principle, i guess Gowon motivated with that portfolio.
Anyways when Biafra emerges which is inevitable, all those who have Biafran blood on their hands will be told the cost of a drop of Biafran Blood and will be made to pay IN FULL. It's a debt that will be repaid be it in 50, 100 , 500years from now. Even when you die YOUR CHILDEEN will be made to pay for the sins of their forefathers. You can't escape it. |

Lol...your buffonry knows know bounds. Tell me why are some disputed lands in the south south which was originally iboland not reclaimed by the ibos? ArodewilliamsT: You are a smelly liar and a buffoon of the grandest order. A shot was fired at Biafra at garkem with orders taken from yorubaland and you expected the Biafrans to clap for you and dance shoki. You yorubas had no guts, you were surrounded at all cardinal points by soldiers of the caliphate whom you served(and still do) as slaves.
The Biafran war provided a leeway to cement the south and reclaim illorin from the Sultanate but as cowardly slaves you blew that chance. Your slavery is etched forever in the sand of time. Posterity help you when your children will ask " Daddy why is illorin a yoruba city controlled by an Emir of the sultanate instead of an Oba", i expect you to reply "Son we yorubas are greatest coward in all of mankind, they defeated us without lifting a finger". Just say the truth, just don't lie to the poor child. |

Yorubas have been so open and democratic in their dealings with people in other tribes in this present union.
Its a general trait among yorubas to be accomodating, wise, patriotic, loyal but yet decisive and brutal when harmed. Our history speaks for us.
Pa Awolowo you have represented us well and youre a shining example amongst omoluabis. Am almost moved to tears when the ibos on this forum denigrates your name out of shame ans regret of what they couldnt acheive despite your best intentions.
You warned them but they failed to listen because a typical iboman would rather commit suicide by drowning in the lagoon instead of heeding to words of wisdom. Fastforward to 2015, the ibos still have turned deaf ears to voice of reason and rationality. They all commited political suicide and voted enmasse for PDP. Now they are struggling for relevance by issuing one ultimatum after the other and also threatning to revive the same biafran struggle you warned them against.
Most especially you told them to employ reason and dialogue by involving their top polititicians in their agitations and do it peacefully, but know they have decided to tow the path of violence once again.
The funniest thing is that the yorubas are now the main focus of their hate campaigns despite our non connivance and involvement back then and right now.
I hope they backtrack and reconsider their stance before its too late hence history might repeat itself. |
