I am the oldest child in a family of 10 dad and mom included. I am 32yrs,a second graduate since 2007 without a job. My siblings are all in Benin and out of school all looking up to me.my dad is a driver and my mom an off and on trader,both separated. I have searched and searched for a job to no avail. Things are really hard. I have been working at a carwash in my area till I had a. Bike accident and broke my left arm in April. I traveled to benin for cheap treatment. I am back now but cant can't wash cars now and I only came with 10k which I hope to take me till next month hoping for a miracle. My plan has always been to apply for a US visa and hope for a miracle so I can assist my family but raising the money for the visa fee has always been tough. I was able to get my passport before my accident but now I can't do the work I used to do.
Please the $100 would about get the visa fee for me and like you said you would verify my story,I could even pay the fee in their GTB account in ur presence. I know there are other people out there who maybe more in need of it than me. If you could help me get a job that can earn me $150 which is the visa fee I would be glad,even if I have to work for 2 months for it. I will give you any info u need to confirm my story. You will be helping my entire family.

The dangers and health implications of drug abuse is so scary yet most Nigerian youths ignore the warnings. I have seen youths waste their lives,living on drugs like sustenance. Though I am unemployed I decided to educate,re-orient and rehabilitate most drug addicts in my vicinity by educating and providing little assistance in form of cash or food items,though my effort is little yet I feel it will go a long way in rehabilitating drug addicts and keeping them out of the streets.

I am not from a poor family we are average and let's just say I was BROUGHT up by a single parent(my mum) tho my Dad is alive but he is polygamous and also trying his best in the little way he can but since we are not his only children he can't kill himself.

I have always wanted to do things to support my mum because she's trying her best she's a salary earner a civil servant( clerical officer) and I have tried adding other menial Jobs like labourer and other things with schooling but i just cant cope

I hope with the 100USD I can learn web designing and get the tools that I will Be needing to be a successful web designer and a well to do entrepreneur

And yes!!! You really read it right. So, I'm an average nairalander like you. I've struggled and I've once almost lost hope in God and in myself. However, God has been good. There were times I was so broke, I'll ask random people for money out of desperation. And the shame that will come out of it is nowhere near here. I'm still getting there, but something came to my mind. I've always thought to be a blessing to people. I don't have a lot friends. I don't know how to start. I'm reluctant about taking my tithe to church. I understand things are going great for Nigeria, as a Nigerian, I feel like I have to step up to help my people. I don't think I have to be a millionaire or billionaire for that to happen. I know I love to give. It makes me feel darn good! So I decided to start here in nairaland. Yup! I also want to be anonymous because I don't believe the world has to know. I want God to bless someone through me on this platform. And keep in mind, if this goes well, this will only be the beginning. I'm a student and I also work full time. So yea, the works of my hands are clean. Who knows, I might be organizing some other greats events and collaborating with nairaland in the future. Yup! I notice we have forgotten how to be angels. My people, let's remember how it feels to give without expectations. Let's learn how to love, laugh, live. I have severally warned my estate security guys from allowing those Lord's chosen members from entering the estate and preaching with huge megaphones sometimes as early as 4.30am....we even got the former security guys sacked for this anomaly....same way as long as I remain on d estate board...no church or mosque will be erected in that estate.....we all need to exhibit decorum and live like civilised people .
