I have no desire to continue with the series because i didn't feel the episode one at all.

I feel it's too rushed, they should take a clue from the Peaky blinders on how a proper England gangs series is made.

Cos once you're working 9/5 in a place like Lagos , with the chaotic traffic, you might not remember to even fap or watch porn.. And on weekends... You might be too tired.

Well mine was a combination of few factors.
First I realized its a problem.. Something I would do and loathe myself after.. So it prepared me .. I begun to get scared of how I would feel after the act.. It stopped me sometimes..

I also realized that watching porn was d trigger! That's the most important realization.. You've got to bring yourself to hate porn!!! Just think about the money spent on data and how much of a slave you've been ... I noticed that if I don't watch porn, I won't even get an erection.. So each time I had the urge , I would try fapping without watching porn... It wasn't fun anymore..

That's how I started going days without doing it..

The final factor tho funny , was getting betrayed by my GF, she was my sexual object.. The one I'd visualize when I fapped without porn! So when she was gone.. The urge died completely.. In these four months ... I relapsed twice.. But I did not get that guilt feeling anymore cos I new I had it under control.. There was this mental strength I got.. So bro start by cutting of porn.. If you have the urge, start fapoing without porn.. With time it will become uninteresting...

Its a journey sha.. No be one day Job.
Now I can stay in Isolation for a long while without getting the urge..

When ever I get the urge , I just remember how much I have fought against it and its down completely...

Keep yourself very busy! Identify the triggers..
