thank you chief justice for not aborting justice... This is a Victory for Democracy In this country, we need strong opposition to check mate the ruling party. Now the call for Buhari's resignation will increase. Oghene Wekobiruo |
If there is constant power supply and every home is metered with prepaid meters, I don't see any problems with their agitation. but I cannot be paying for darkness and receiving estimated bills that I did not even use every month, that is daylight robbery. |
this is an impossible task. instead of Saraki to be recalled, Buhari will be impeached. this guys don't know that saraki is a core politician that knows the right buttons to press when it comes to lobbying. I always recognise an impossible task when I see it and this is one of them. |
The financial condition of Africa’s largest economy is not getting better anytime soon, as Nigerian Government had to borrow about $11.44 billion (N3.5 trillion) to run its government since 2015. This information was disclosed by the Debt Management Office (DMO) on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, in its response to the request for debts status of the country by a local Newspaper, The Punch . In the response which was signed by Director, Policy, Strategy and Risk Management Department, DMO, Mr Joe Ugoala , the government was stated to have borrowed this amount between June 2015 and March 2017 to finance budget deficits. “In the case of domestic borrowing, kindly be informed that funds raised through the issuance of FGN securities in the domestic capital market are remitted into a pool – the Consolidated Revenue Fund Account maintained in the Central Bank of Nigeria for the purpose of funding the appropriated budget deficit." “It is important to note that these borrowings from both external and domestic sources are mainly used to fund development of infrastructure and human capital in the various sectors of the economy, as listed in the appropriation acts,” the statement reads in part. The information further noted that foreign components of the country’s debts are tied to specific projects. Domestic debts are stated to be warehoused into the Nation’s Consolidated Revenue Fund Accounts used for funding deficits in the budget, one which includes recurrent expenditure. The nation’s domestic debt stood at N19.16tn as of March 31, 2017, of which N8.18tn (68.31%) are collected through FGN Bonds , Treasury bills accounted for N3.6tn (30.08%), Treasury bonds N190.99bn (1.6%) and the recently introduced FGN savings bonds accounting for N2.07bn (0.02%). This information showed Nigeria stockpiled about 58.8% of total debts between 2015 and 2017. As at March 31, 2015, Nigeria’s total debts were estimated at $41.18 billion (N12.06 trillion) The recent downfall in the global oil price, the Federal government has been using many instruments such as FGN Bonds, treasury bills, treasury bonds and the recently developed FGN savings bond to borrow from the domestic debt market on a monthly basis. With this, it means the debts status of the country would be on the upward trend. http://pulse.ng/bi/politics/politics-nigeria-borrowed-11-44-billion-to-run-the-government-in-18-months-id6947612.html |
I saw that park last week when I passed through Rumuokoro to Alakahia and I was marvelled by his ingenuity In bringing the project to fusion , it will really decongest that Road. but the problem the traders will have is that many will not get that shop because the big men will buy it from Government and start renting them out which will make it more expensive and difficult to rent by the common trader who can not pay the expensive rent. |
my friend is a Victim of most of what the OP wrote here, from year 1 to final year, she couldnt see almost all her results, and after graduation she was told that she has spill over, then she asked for her CA and they said they couldnt find it. Now she is rewriting 7 courses all over again. the school is a shame to be called a christian school. christian schools are supposed to set the pace for other schools but the founders are using it to make money not minding what the students and their parents pass through. |
Did you guys notice that Marvis and Efe wore the same dress both shirt and trousers. |
kowema:camel toe is the kitten shape showing, Thats why she spread her legs wide open for people to see. but I know she wore it anyways. |
welcome back dear |
Where are the corruption fighting back crew, come and see the real decay in our system. this is the major corruption that has been going on since APC took over in all sectors of the federal system. Nepotism is a very bad thing that will be APC undoing. CBN, Customs, and other federal arms of government. EFCC is more corrupt under Magu than any other person. |

LordAdam:you are welcome |
crazygod:what does TBoss have to offer, it's not a talent hunt.... it's a reality TV show. So let's skip that part of talent |
stephleena:it's your likes that confuse the purpose of BBN, its called a reality show, which means being real and not a talent show or beauty show....so before you come and play that talent card here about Efe please check the meaning of Reality. |
divinehand2003:let's not be saying the Team Efe Without Voting, all hands on deck that's the only way to make Efe win. I just sent my 100 Wechat votes for Efe. encourage other people to do so. Thats what TBoss team did last week. |
Sweetestrose:how do I vote using wechat, I just installed it and added Africa Magic. I have been voting with SMS want to vote with Wechat |
Jake should just man up and do the right thing instead of telling lies to someone you claim to love. when it comes to marriage, it's a serious matter that should not be played with. |
PamelB you are the best, I followed "ALONE" from the beginning as a guest and got activated because of the story, now this one that really touched my heart. you are blessed honey. keep up with the good work. always mention me when u want to start any new story. more strength to continue Writing good stories. |
Wow!!! started from the beginning for some days now, read all your stories and now am here in this last one. you have really been doing a good work here. keep it up mam. though some parts were removed it the other stories, but I still followed and understood the story. waiting for more updates |
OP you wrote what you heard from people and the BEDC here, and you forgot to ask the community people and some prominent people in Ogwashi-uku how much they paid BEDC before the light was restored. you think they just woke up and restored light. Soup paid millions of Naira and other prominent ogwashi-uku sons and Daughters before they even started fixing the light, So always get your information right and stop making it seem like the present APC government contributed anything to the restoration of light. it's the community effort that brought light to the town. |
The North just wants to loot this country dry, imagine that almost 60 percent of the corruption cases are all involving Northerners and yet the almajiris are yet to leave the streets and be useful. it's a very big shame to that part of the country |
Portharcourt Nairalanders are you guys not going to plan an Easter beach party? or even pool party |
Efe Warri Boy... I sure voted for him based on logistics.... dude is a fans favourite. |
nice work Angelss, I have been following all your stories here that covers the oluwatosin and olive Grove. keep it up. waiting for more updates. |
The day Nigerian youths will start supporting their fellow youth is the day political God fatherism will start reducing. all this old men that win Elections under the political structures designed by them can never give us what we want, because their elections are sponsored by people and those people expect returns either in cash, contracts OR political appointment which they must fulfil ones they get into office. So Nigerians should brace up and get used to this system because it's not ending soon with this mindset of getting something in return when u do someone a favour. |
working for myself since after NYSC. |
