I’m currently trying to secure accommodation and I’m required to obtain a sharecode for a right to rent check on Uk Gov website. However, whenever I try to do this using my details I used in applying for my visa (Passport Number and DOB), it says details not found. Anybody experiencing the same thing? |

Victor1685: Please a statement dated 17th June to 15th July, and application on 15th July is how many days. I just received a NSF asking me to show the required funds in my account held for 28days. What can I do? Should I send a new statement from 17th to 14th or I should resend my statement?? VISA ALERT!!! Application Date: 15th July Biometrics Appointment: 24th July (Standard) (TLS Accra). I tried all I could to pay for the priority service, but they insisted they couldn’t at the center. NSF: 27th July, requesting for a 28days bank statement …. Hence the question I quoted. I was taken aback by this request and was wondering if something was wrong with the bank statement I had initially submitted. So I responded later that day with the reprinted bank statement, an up to date bank statement, with a printed excel sheet for the count of days 😂😂😂. I Sent this while explaining the funds needed and the 29 days statement itself. 1st August - TLS collection mail dropped 2nd August - Decision Mail dropped (dated 28th July) 3rd August - Picked up my passport. Thanks for all the inputs. The replies and questions here were really helpful in my application. |

Gabriel12446: How you run your transactions determines too. So was there any transactions on the openning balance(17th of june). And also on the closing balance (15th of july). There were no transactions on the said dates |

atesun: Maybe they found out the fund is not in your account!!!
Best thing to do is to reply with 2 SOA for the NSF from June 17th to 15th July (application date) and another one from from 29th June to 27th July. Please o, the fund is still in my account. I’d reply with two different statements as you have advised. One from 17th - 15th July and another one up till date |

BRAINNY: Hello duchess and all gurus, I need help. We had a visa refusal and were asked to apply for an administrative review. Here are the grounds for the refusal as shown on the screenshot. The truth remains that, the funds in the account were dissipated while waiting; a part went debited for Form A. while the others got debited after the expiration of the 30/31 days. Please, the way forward? This looks like First Bank didn’t respond to UKVisa email to confirm statement |

[quote author=duchess90 post=124479505]Hello
There's nothing like priority service appointment just priority application
You can log back to your application using the sign on details, go to provide biometrics it will take you to TLS page and you can add priority to cart and pay
If this is still an issue, you can pay on the day of your appointment
Cheers [/ |

@duchess90 I made the last huge deposit in my account on the 16th, which was when the effect of the policy kicked in on the rates. I’m having a dilemma regarding the 28days, does a statement from 17th June to 14th July cover it? To be printed on the 15th and I wish to apply on the 15th.
The money is available, I just want to make sure I get a close enough date for biometrics appointment. |

spiceechic: Thanks for your swift response, however, as per my explanation, he paid the required equivalent of £705 for a 1 yr course.... The additional payment should not even arise as it is... That would be over paying for IHS. From the screenshot you posted, the course starts in September 2023 and ends in October 2024. That’s more than a year, hence the extra payment I guess. |

duchess90: Hello
Yes that will be lump sum plus it doesn't meet the criteria of having the required funds for minimum 28days, it will mean the required funds were only met in a day.
Your POF maturing doesn't mean you have to submit your application same day
Wait and sort out the difference, pay an extra fee deposit and request an updated CAS
Or pay for your accommodation and provide the evidence of that plus cover letter to explain the difference
A 4days to 1week wait is better than a refusal
Cheers Please what’s the criteria for lump sum? Over the course of my 28days I had credits of over 300k twice |
