I would advise you seat your husband down and tell him exactly how you feel and your insecurity. This issue is between your husband and you. Third parties shouldnt be invited.
It could also be your husband is experiencing a low sex libido. Pls talk with him and dont sound frustrated. U could also hook up with Funmi Akingbade on saturday punch. She hosts 'Sex and Sexuality'. She could be of help too.

NASU members who are expected to shut down all social amenities such as power and water supplies, libraries among others, will join their counterpart in the Senior Staff of Nigerian Universities, SSANU, who had since Monday began an indefinite strike over same issue.

It will be recalled that members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, have been on strike since July 1, paralyzing academic activities in all public universities.

General Secretary of NASU, Prince Peters Adeyemi told Vanguard in Ibadan, Oyo State, that members would definitely begin an indefinite by tomorrow unless government paid today.

According to him, “It is sad and unfortunate, but NASU members in all public universities nationwide will down tools until government pay them their salaries. The only thing that can stop the strike is if government pays tomorrow (today). Our members have been going through pains in since and have been doing their work diligently. But the government has refused to pay their salaries for reasons best known to the government. That is the issue. So, we are starting strike by Thursday. It is unfortunate, but that is the reality.”

Members of SSANU had Monday commenced a nationwide strike to protest the stoppage of their salaries for two months by the Federal Government.

General Secretary of SSANU, Promise Adewusi, SSANU had while announcing the commencement of the strike, asked members not to return to work until a counter directive was given to them.

Adewusi said the union took the decision following its letters to the vice-chancellors in various universities, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, Ministers of Labour and Productivity, Chief Emeka Wogu and Education, Nyesom Wike as well as the Executive Secretary, National Universities Commission, Professor Julius Okojie.

Its a pity to see that the educational system is crumbling before the eyes of our leaders and they are lackadaisical about it. Education should indeed be taken as a priority in the eyes of these leaders and not another task on a to-do list!

pisolution: An eight year old bride identified as Rawan, died in Hardh in the governorate of Hajjah in northwestern Yemen, from internal injuries on her wedding night, bleeding to death after deep vaginal tearing caused by sex with her 40 year old husband, according to a report issued by UPI on Sunday, Sept. 8.

Activists in the region are fighting for forced child marriage to be banned, and they have called for police to arrest the girl's husband and family.

The issue of forced marriage of child brides is a socially accepted custom and is widespread in many rural areas in Yemen.

A February 2009 law set the minimum age for marriage at 17, but it was repealed after some conservative lawmakers called it un-Islamic.

In particular, a prominent Islamic cleric, Abdulmajeed al-Zindani, issued a fatwa in support of the practice, declaring supporters of a ban on child brides to be apostates, and ultimately leading a successful campaign against legislation that would prevent adult men from marrying children.

Legislators have been looking at ways to curb the practice and they have so far been unsuccessful.

Currently the law states that parents should decide when a daughter marries. Unfortunately, reports indicate more than a quarter of Yemen’s females marry before age 15.

Guitarlife: Hello every one, I hold a B.Tech electrical
engineering and rounding up a M.eng Electrical
Engineering.

I have worked in the banking sector as a clearing
officer at the CBN for one of the nigerian banks.

I recently got a better offer in another bank and
have since resumed work.

I am desperate to add a professional accounting
certification.

I am torn between the ICAN and ACCA.

I need knowledgeable accountants who are well
versed in these two certifications to enlighten me.

I would love to make an informed decision on the
choice of exam to start pursuing.

Kindly highlight the pro and cons of both .

ACCA certification affords greater job opportunities internationally. It also broadens ur horizon to global issues @ hand. Although, ICAN is striving to make the qualification globally recognised with the current reshuffling of its syllabus.
ACCA is also expensive than ICAN. I would advise u start with ICAN nd then use it 4 ur ACCA qualification. U get to write jux 2 stages in ACCA wit ICAN qualification. D choice is urs!

Contrary to popular belief, pple tink if u re gud in maths, then u wud make a gud accountant. Accountin goes beyond d figures. it requires a thorough skill @ analysing nd interpreting. Though economics may be deemed wider dan accountin buh d task of an accountant sums it all.

omenpetrol: I finished NYSC on the 6th of July 2013 (batch b) and the journey afterwards has be tough

1. I wrote and aptitude test with Philips consulting for Heritage bank in April and passed, traveled from kwara where i was serving for interview only to be turned down because i hadn't yet completed my nysc and i had just 3 weeks left. (disappointment no 1)
2. wrote standard chartered online test twice and flopped. ((disappointment no 2)
3.Went to submit my Cv at enterprise bank at Wuse zone 5 the woman Rudely turned me down so i Gate crashed Enterprise bank test they balloted i didn't pick a number. ( disappointment no 3)
4. submitted my cv physically at unity bank they called for test i wasn't called i gate crashed but was not allowed to write. (disappointment number 4)
5. have been submitting my cvs both online and physically all around Abuja and networking with people i meet at test venues yet no breakthrough (you go to submit CV and security men would be feeling important) how sad
5. Posy gave me 100K to do forex trading (i demo traded successfully for a year and half) i have lost 40k in 2months.
6.have a test in Lagos next week. would use the opportunity to submit my CV at major banks hq

Its had been really though cos you need to handle alot of thoughts and you could lose you mind, infact sometimes i just wished i was a kid again.
i know mine is not the worst case but its bad. please share your stories lets encourage each other.

Your story is quite pathetic. Guess u shd work more on urself and develop ur skills in ur chosen field. Professional qualifications cud be added advantages coz d market is quite competitive nd evryone wants d best. U cud actually start wit d not-too-big firms instead of d banks nd oil coys. D experience ll certainly go a long way to boost ur profile.
