FILEBE: Wel,for now, my babe seems to address every guy the way she addresses me, calling them pet names she calls me. Even using the "bedroom voice" when on phone. Makes me wonder if she dates all of them.

I called my cousin and she told me this:
her husband pilfers meats and any edibles yet to be cooked in the kitchen that most times she is forced to hide roast fish at the back of the of the freezer.
He likes to tie towel around the house when he is not ready to go out even when there are visitors around. The worst part is that he ties this towel with no form of underwear beneath.
He is no fan of football except when Nigeria plays. He is a freak for news and when ever he sees her watching some fashion shows,she will have to withstand 30 mins sermon of why news is important and essential.

nitrogen: Okay, I work with a Pan African coy(actually it is a group having like four coys), and it is all about risk management for me, the operational risks, market risks, and others, the outfit is like a bank, due to its presence in almost all states and some african countries! Myself and colleagues (same dept) must review processes of the various departments in the coy, and we do internal audits too, of branches and the other three business units, so we travel a lot, its crazy, the impromptu stuffs, crazy timing and targets, etc. Just crazy!

Just wrote an international body prof exam some days ago, at least to boost my chances of entering any/one of my desired firms (don't be amused, I wanna always crunch numbers), crazy if I may say, cos combining both (work and study) isn't easy, especially the nature of my work.

Basically, I enjoy what I do, the experience, exposure and what have we, but I think I need more.

I work in an investment bank, specializing in risk management. There are many facets to it, I am assuming you are referring to the deal origination and structuring, your best bet is doing the CFA charter and a masters degree to get your foot in the door.

You will probably be started off in middle office unless you do a specialist master degree in Europe or America and they university helps in getting you summer internships and after you graduate you get the graduate level jobs easier if you had built good relationships with the internship company. However you would have to get exceptional results to get into the good Investment Banks as competition is tight.

If you are interested in trading then CFA is your best bet as well and also the specific country which you will be in's exchange qualifications. I deal in market risk (involves testing, monitoring and developing models and platforms for measuring the banks exposures from both trading and banking book perspective), majority of people in that kind of field have degrees in mathematics, also CFA.

Hence CFA is an internationally recognised standard as it is quite rigorous.

vickyO: And do you know that people with this judgmental view are those who fail to realize the awesome power in Christ... I used to uphold this view and classified every woman who wears trousers, make up and earring as a hell fire candidate even Joyce Meyers. but then thank God for the grace he gave me to renew my mind. When I looked beyond the physical and saw the gospel of Christ as it is, I've been a better Christian and i'm now more open to the gospel than before. but that doesn't mean you shouldn't uphold modesty and decency... the shortest skirt sef is worse than the shortest short......... it's all in our minds, if we can renew it with the pure, unadulterated Word of God, you'll be free indeed. Though some really do get these personal revelations to stop but it's personal and not general. don't enforce it on others. The Holy Spirit will deal with us all according to our level of faith.
