Not difficult atall, just a long form to fill and you get it after 21 days from what I've heard. Still waiting for mine.

You need to make haste, especially if your start date is close. But be very careful with what you fill so that they don't ask you to refill thereby wasting your time.
E be like Visa app, I got mine after 21days of submission.

IMO It's still fine if there's no transaction within the 28days period. But if it's your account (self funding), I would advise you make at least 1 deposit and 1 withdrawal, preferably closer to the end date of the bank statement. This makes them see that you have access to the account and it's not an arranged fund.

I believe they are overwhelmed. Took about 5 weeks to get my offer from derby. If you still applied for Mech eng. ATAS is a condition to be fulfilled.

Yeah you can. You can also print the exact 28 days (which ended the Saturday before) on Monday if you want to be particular about the 28days. But it doesn't matter, "at least" means 28days or more

Please, will it be questionable and suspicious if the said account is still without any transaction ( inflow or outflow) within the 28 days before the statement is printed? I hope this will not raise a red flag?

1. 28 days include weekends, so yeah you can still print on the 28th day being on a Saturday. Note that you can still print statement above 28days but it may not necessary. I printed 2months bank statement.
2. No guarantee. So far I've seen people get CAS within 24hours to 2weeks (10working days) maybe, after you've met all requirements for CAS. Some schools can just be unnecessarily slow and difficult

Do you think it's a mistake because I don't think so?
I guess Automation is classified under Mechanical Engineering but Electrical and Electronic Engineering is one of the requisite first degree courses to study Automation at post-graduate level.

Am in the process of applying for it.

I think it will be tiny if printed before scanning. It may not legible enough. Screenshot is okay but it won't capture the entire page of the offer letter because it is long.

I hope it will be accepted if screenshot the upper part that contain the back information.

I believe your school will guide you on getting the certificate.
It is mainly for international students and researchers who want to study in the UK.

ATAS has to do with some sensitive tech oriented courses, the U.K. Govt wants to ensure such technological know how do not get into the hands of rogue individuals n nations e.g. Nuclear technology, Advanced Military Warfare
