What do u think it's the major cause for male resulting into crime?

in Nigeria, i think societal pressure expected of a male child to have made it at a particular age, children from poor family are more into crime as they felt obliged to help their parents and family, peer pressure (having friends doing well also pushes some into crime inorder to meet up), bad economy/leadership also influenced high crime rates in the county due to unemployment, inflation, insecurity, poverty, children out of school etc. Family/parents influenced, some parents do encourage their children into crime as a result of poverty and money is crucial in running daily activities in the house. Also, family whose parents or father abandoned their children are also likely to venture into crime for survival. There are environmental factor,some areas/locations are prone to crime than others, expecially ghetto areas for instance, in Lagos, you can't compare Ajegunle, mushin, ikorodu, bariga,Okoko-maiko, oshodi, ojora etc, you can't compare it to children raised in ikoyi, banana island, lekki, magodo etc

You need to understand the difference between male and female,
The vice a male result to when they need money is crime,
For the female it is prostitution.

So "uselessness" show be seen from those 2 perspective.

We have more females engaging in some sort of Se*ual service for money than males venturing into crime.

but male crime is worse which society frown at. A prostitutes only get pregnant or disease but a thief can be killed, sentence to jail. And don't forget there are other ways for male child to be useless o. We have street urchins, kidnappers, pick pockets, armed robber,ritualist and many more

I last saw my parents 2009. I sincerely wish i could visit them before they bid this life farewell.

I heard other levels in civil servant didn't get more than 50k added to their initial salaries.

It is well. I personally don't like too many family (both husband and wife side) coming to my home as a man. It doesn't really end well most times. A newly married couple needs space. One of the mother can come around to help out when the wife newly put to bed and go after a period.
