tell me what court said please. It is a known fact that most times court gives mothers custody of the child/ren while fathers provides their upkeep. Unless if proven with evidence that the mother isn't mentally or psychologically capable of raising a child.

Court is not a home for emotional sentiment. If op take the case to court the woman would still have custody to those kids. Court understand that the man will obviously outsource the nurturing of the kids either to their mothers, aunties or the newly wives. Unlike women that'd singlehandedly look after their children
