Honestly Tinubu must be commended for replacing the former aboki chief of naval staff with an Igbo/Igala man Emmanuel Ogalla. Those aboki used the navy to steal much of Nigeria's crude oil. I heard on the news that the vessel was being escorted by a naval commander who probably thought that it was business as usual under the former CNS before Tantita stopped and arrested the navy commander with the vessel.
