They will just announce APC as the winner and ask aggrieved parties to go election tribunal. They know that election tribunal will now be in Tinubu's hands. By that time, Tinubu would have been sworn in. They have been instructed to just announce APC as the winner no matter what happens.

APC cannot afford to loose Lagos. They even prefer Federal Government to declare state of Emergency and hand Lagos over to a military Administrator. A lot is at stake in Lagos. Lagos is more important to Tinubu than Presidency.
