Travel / Re: Applied For My Passport Online (DIY).. Updated (Passport Received) by vinoj0225(f): 1:35pm On May 03 |
Good afternoon, please while trying to do the passport myself, I noticed that age declaration is needed. 1. Do I need affidavit for age declaration? 2. Is age declaration and affidavit the same? 3. If age declaration and affidavit are different, where am I supposed to do the age declaration? Thank you in anticipation as you answer. |

Good morning all and happy holiday. Please someone should help me with where I can do my age declaration and affidavit on the mainland (around Ketu, Ikeja, Ogba, Berger and it's environs). Please, cos I have no idea about this. |

Tgirltemmy: Thank you for your response. It's reassuring as I didn't want to be scammed by the person that told me it's been suspended. However, I'll like to ask where you did yours again. Is it in Lagos ? Please what do you mean by non - appearance? |
Travel / Re: Cost Of A Nigeria International Passport by vinoj0225(f): 3:32pm On Apr 22 |
Tgirltemmy: Thank you for responding. I actually visited one of their agents in my neighborhood and I was told it's suspended. However, I want to be sure I am not making any mistake by patronizing them because I was told NIN should only be done at Alausa. My questions are: 1. Is it only done at Alausa? 2. Do these agent also do a credible work that will be accepted in the NIN portal? Cos I did mine with one of these agents and now my NIN is suspended. |

Please I need the website to apply for a fresh passport because the website I used for my son's fresh passport did not request for letter of origin. I need the website because I want to be sure I am on the right website so I do not fill on a wrong page since I'm filling it myself. Also, my birth certificate that I have is before 1990 and has Lagos states birth certificate as the subhead. Do I need an affidavit for age declaration or should I go ahead and use the old Lagos state birth certificate that I have? Thanks in anticipation |

Travel / Re: Spain Schengen Visa by vinoj0225(f): 6:28pm On Feb 25 |
Good day everyone, please I want to ask some questions: 1. If I apply for masters in Spain, will my family be allowed to accompany me? 2. How often does the embassy approve Visa for study especially for masters. 3. Since the course I want to put in for will be taught in English, will I need to study or know Spanish before I'll be given a visa? 4. Is the Spanish embassy in Lagos? |

Sorry my BS is coming late cos i wanted to take my time to type this as VIGIL IS SUPER SUPER REAL. PRE - PREGNANCY After our wedding, TTC for 3 years, 4 months and 2 weeks. Now that we were married, i expected pregnancy to come as i had little idea about ovulation and being pregnant (thanks to biology in secondary school and my CDS during my NYSC days) little did i know that i was in for a surprise. As pregnancy wasn't coming, i decided to go to the hospital and gbam! i was told i had hormonal imbalance and blocked tubes even after the 2 very very very painful HSG I had to start treatment but was limited on cash. Surprisingly, God intervened and I treated the hormones palava, DH treated low sperm count and had to flush my tubes twices. The last flushing was very painful and i cried and told the doctor to stop mid-way cos i couldn't bear the pain. Went home and didn't bother myself about being pregnant even though people i knew and didn't know have been telling me i'll be pregnant. Just carried on with my life jare. BS BS BS 4 months after the tubal flushing, i wanted to pray and fast but something told me to do a home PT and i ignored but i sha adviced myself and tried it (shebi it's not the first time and only one line will appear; that's what i told myself). Imagine my shock when two lines stared at me. I ran to the hospital and it was confirmed. Told hubby and he was speaking in tongues... First trimester was smooth and i never had no form of MS as long as i ate. Was just sleeping up and down. Second trimester was a joy ride cos it was smooth. Now third trimester was when belle show me pepper but i'm happy i experienced the pepper part during third trimester; was always tired and i became a food picker (DH tried sha cos i gave him wahala). All appointments and scans had no problem. DH and I were hoping to give birth through the va****l but doc said it will be CS cos LO was sitting (Breech position). DH was scared cos it was going to be done on the 39th week. The d day came and by 6a.m urinary catheter was inserted into my vg to help drain urine. I wasn't comfortable as i wanted to urinate but urine wasn.t coming out even when i went to the toilet. Didn't know it was going to flow into the bag attached to the urinary catheter. Time for CS came and i was told what to do. In the theater, the anesthetist injected my spine and i lay down. Immediately, my legs were numb and i became scared. Although i was told not to sleep even if i was sleepy (don't know why though). 15 minutes later my little prince was brought out. At first he was making shakara not to cry but after a touch from the doctor, i heard his voice (nyeeh...) and i smiled, forgetting all the fears. AFTER BIRTH Was wheeled into the recovery room with smiles but i wasn't prepared for the pains that followed hours later. At night same day, i was told to turn to my sides when i could feel my legs. My brothers and sisters I tried turning but the pains I felt ehn cannot be described abeg and I felt like I was suffocating chai… My sister asked the nurse to give me pain killer and I felt better. By morning I could stand but the pains prevailed and I was told to climb a 2 storey building to the ward as an exercise (chai I hear wheen). I was also able to breast feed on the second day. Pain continued and increased sef but was always given pain killers and amazingly I was told to request for pain killers whenever I felt any pain. Was discharged on the 5th day and we are okay. The hospital service was top notch. All thanks to God. BS submitted July cappo @Elowchi. 42 Likes |

blex444: I was told to use chloroxidine gel (hope I spelt correctly) for the cord to fall off. It didn't but I eventually used moko spirit and within 5 days, it fell off. Now I'm still using the moko spirit for it to heal completely. You can ask to see another doctor in the hospital and explain your worries. |

Bisade44: About cleaning of nipples, pour little quantity of coconut oil or olive oil on the cotton wool you want to clean with. Thereafter, use same cotton wool and clean around the nipples. You'll see dirt on the cotton wool when you're done. As your edd approaches, you can clean everyday to open the nipples and to prevent baby from sucking dirty nipples. In addition, I discovered that coconut oil cleans better than olive oil. 4 Likes |
