199 is standard interbank rate sir. All banks.

You cannot compare a whole bank with an operator in Ikeja. The only way is to use the FX Sale option to cash the money and if you want at that same 220.. Find someone who would be willing to buy your dollar ant 220 and still receive the money via transfer. Then transfer it to the person and get your naira.

Otherwise no way. 199 all the way.

Lol.. You can contact Softlayer so they can rent you a Rackspace or contact Collosus or Collocrossing. That way you would have your own mini data center to sell vps and ds. There is no real reseller dear. And this cost money. Just partner with any host like I suggested before to cut your cost.
