Anyone can start a payment processor as long as you can get a reseller account...

2checkout does not support Financial services so 2checkout will NEVER approve lhpay! So they are not resellers

I am looking for a Professional Android App Designer who can design a Virtual POS Terminal on Android where by I can process credit card payments directly on my Android Phone.

How It Would Work
- We create Certain Products with Prices(USD)
- We create Customer Profiles
- When we want to make a sale, we select the product, select the customer, and insert the credit card details (Card Number, Expiry, Security)
The card should be charged immediately and transaction details should be logged.

It is a simple app and should not be so complex!

We are using lhpay standard on our website and it works great. Like you said, the international gateway works with verified by visa card or secure code. And our website is based in india so most indian credit cards are not enrolled. So it does not work basically. We are now using ElotPay but Elotpay works like paypal and only available in india. Not other countries.

How can we upgrade our lhpay account to corporate account for direct card payment?

No, you said 20th (DEFINITE DATE). There is nothing to delete or rectify even if you get the job done as it only means you "attempted" to defraud a customer (as you must have been defrauding others) and get away with it but the customer did not let that happen so you have no choice but to do it as there is no hiding place..
