The issue is that the child is not travelling with them for some reasons and the wife is worried if there will be issue if the husband includes the child as his dependant while filling his form( although he won't go with them) while she the wife does not include the child in her own form as her dependants.

When dependents fill their application form it is independent of everyone else until the moment they add in details of parents etc.
in my opinion, your husband must fill his child’s name on his form as a dependent. It does not mean he is travelling with her. She is his child and that is all that matters. Also u mention she wont be travelling with you ppl so definitely she wont fill out a visa application as a child dependent linked to u.. so there’s nothing to worry about that.
Also IHS fees, visa fees etc are paid per head. The visa officer wont withold ur decision ur decision as a tier 4 applicant because of dependents.
For me o, if you and your husband are united in the answer, then both of u should decide if you want to also fill her details as a child dependent on yours since she is from your husband.
In all of the above, tier 4 visa is not decided on basis of how many dependents one is going with or not so it does not affect your visa application or the visa application of your husband or children.


In a nutshelll, filling her details on everyone’s form is not a basis for denial .. whether she is travelling or not.

Please I need your input and advise on this issue. MA is wife while the husband is the dependant. The husband has a child from a previous marriage but the woman is late before he remarried. The child information had been filled as a dependant child n 2011 when the man was applying for a visit visa. Now the wife of s going for masters and the husband and 3 kids from the present marriage will be joining as dependants.

My question is, since the child from the first marriage will not be travelling with them, does he needs to be included as a dependant child. If yes, is it in just the husband's application. Will the UKVI also have an issue with why the child travelling with them.

I had 7 and 9yrs study gap on both occasions I applied and I never received any form of email from them requesting for anything, and I got my visa during my applications. Cheers mate

Thank you @duchess90. So in the CV I should still indicate that my work stopped in April. I basically worked with the same company all these years. I am just concerned if my being out of work from May would be an issue.

I have my employment letter and have also gotten reference from my place of work where I resigned 2 months ago. In the reference it was also stated when I left the company. I hope my being out of work for these 3 months would not be an issue .

I was also issued with a conditional offer. Part of Northumbria’s condition will be the payment of your deposit too, check the offer letter well. So I advise you get on it because they might not issue an unconditional offer without you fulfilling all conditions. Find attached a screenshot explaining steps to take.

Please help, I just booked TB appointment for myself and it was successful. I am trying to book for my kids as dependants but after filling in my details as their guardian to accompany them, it refers me back to go to my profile since it's the same email address I used for my profile.
When I eventually log in to my profile to book from there, I will be unable to proceed once I select destination country as it brings up this pop up" There is an active appointment with this selection".

I need your advice on how to go about treating my niece who I am suspecting hs dylexia. She is 8 years old but cannot write A-Z on her own, neither can she spell something as simple as House.

She behaves normal in every other aspect but just anything educational is just not entering.
