Assuming your mum is of pensioners age and you can sponsor the full trip:

Your birth certificate
Your int passport
At least 3 months recent payslips
1 - 3 months recent bank statement (this is optional but if you decide to add it, the opening and closing balance should be up to 4k upwards)
Utility bill
Tenancy agreement/purchase contract
Your mum's passport
Your mum's bank statement (at least 3 months. Opening and closing balance of 100k upwards is okay)
Invitation letter stating that you will bear full financial responsibility for the trip, where she will stay, reason and duration of visit and your share code to prove your right of residency (BRP would have done this but all BRPs have expired).

If your mum will sponsor herself or if she's not of pensioneers age, it becomes more complex because her account balance needs to reflect the cost of the trip and she then needs to prove source of the funds, tax payment etc

If you can sponsor the trip without her financial input then good, she can add landed and investment documents to support her application and on your own part you need to... draw out budget for her trip and submit your bank statement to support the budget.(Don't over budget) cost of her flight ticket, shopping etc..

You need to submit your mortgage/tenancy agreement, bank statement and a brief statement outlining what your mum is coming to do.

Submit payment receipt for the medical treatment your mum received in 2019 else her visa application is likely to be denied/

Both of us are capable so I will need guidance on who is best and how to organise the application. My mother through my late father has some Landed properties and investment. Is it best to put it as a prove she will return to Nigeria? She visited UK for 3 months with my late father for medical reasons in 2019 but I was not in UK then. I need guidance on how to arrange the application.

**My encounter today in Gwagwalada**


I am in Gwagwalada immigration office now to collect the passport I captured for, on the 20th of September. But what I am seeing here is beyond me, the officer they referred me to in S. A. to PCO office is showing me my file, that they pulled it out from production because I did not pay for settlement they called it compliance fee, that they are not going to do it.

It was a big drama today in their office, after I raised my voice that he remove my file because of bribe and no fault of mine and he didn't call to notify me of it since that day, to bring the so call compliance fee so that they can go ahead and produced the passport and he didn't even know if it was on health ground that I am doing the passport.

He asked that we should discuss and I told him that there is nothing I will discuss with him, that what I am there for is my passport, that he will explain later why he decided to remove my file from production when there was no issue with the file. At this point a lot of people both visitors and his fellow officers where all listening to the issue.
He decided to work away from the the office and asked my to leave, of which I told him I am going nowhere He came back about fifteen minutes later and called me and start by saying that he is going to produce the passport since it was on health ground that he is actually sorry for the whole thing, that he actually noticed the day I came for capturing I was not feeling well and that was why then he allowed me to captured, that it was a mixed up, and I will get the passport next week and he end up giving me his number. All this was because I raised my voice that he must explain why he removed my file from production.
NB, they are very fast in Gwagwalada office, they have finished up to September and they now producing October.

oho, my friend registered with the NIN plastic,she has not taken the exams though. Her own is the plastic I'd,when she went to collect the NIN she registered,the guy asked her if she will like to have her own in the paper or plastic,she chose plastic. It is not like the digital NIN something.

I don't think they still produce the one with micro chip. I think the digitalized one replaced it. Since she has registered, let her take the uploaded ID to sit the exam. As long as they accepted it during registration, it is highly likely that they will accept it during the exams

It's accepted. I wrote on 25th of November and that's what I used. The digitalized nin card, you'll pay 1k on the Nimc app and print it on an ID card template.

I used the nin for passport the next day and they verified my file. I also used my nimc mobile app to check if my Nin correction has been updated.

I did DoB correction on my NIN. I went to their headquarters and they told me the 2 months wait period after paying 15k. I went to a staff and told him I wanted it fast, He collected 38k without generating any remita. Lo and behold within 4 days, my Nin was corrected and validated
