Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Is It True That Assistant Superintendent Of Police Collect 300k Monthly by virud: 11:33am On Apr 27, 2017 |
Permit me to troll... It's for your own good sir.
First of all, you shouldn't offer anyone money unless you're on the job already.
Secondly, anyone that has any connection to help you get employment into the NPF won't stoop so low . #100k is simply too small for someone that has the means and might to get you into the police force. #FraudAlert.
Thirdly, officially, they don't earn up to that, although it's very likely they'd rake in much more than #300k monthly. Don't ask me how!
Fourthly, your primary motive shouldn't be about how much they earn. Think about how you're going to contribute in the overall security of lives and properties of all Nigerians. And of course, think about the constant risk to your very existence. |

What is it in Niger Delta? Brotherly, Niger Delta is not a religion, It's not a language, It's not also a tradition, it has no ethnic conformity. |

abiodunalasa: Let us not oversimplify Nnamdi Kanu's offence by passing him as a mere "political prisoner". He committed treason in a way that could lead to, at best, anarchy, and at worst, genocide. He made it look like we are irrevocably bound to a tragic past.
We need to let him, and every one like him,in no oversimplified nor in overstated terms know that we will not allow our imperfect past sabotage our perfect future. You have right to remain forever behind while we move on...but you have no right to hold us down with you ! Economizing the truth. It's not in your place or power to determine who is guilty of treason or not. The law courts should do that. How can you say he committed treason when the courts haven't said so? American civil war is being taught in their schools. is it same in our schools? History of the country is being rewritten. And you want people to keep quiet? How is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu holding you down? One Nigeria is not the problem here. The problem is forcing the entire country to move in unison. If you have any truth in you, then you should understand that it is not feasible. Every region should be allowed to grow and develop in It's own unique pace. Every region has unique developmental challenges. With these unique challenges comes unique opportunities for them to tap into. For instance,in a particular region, due to the abundance of human resources in science and technology, institute of science and technologies ought to be positioned there. if a particular region has large interest in farming and agriculture generally, then colleges of agriculture and other affiliated institutions ought to be positioned there. It shouldn't be a political matter, But the system We're running wouldn't permit such. |
Politics › Re: Igbo Yoruba Cold War. And The Winner Is! by virud: 9:12am On Apr 06, 2017 |
WorldRichest: Don't type this shit again. Yorubas will never ever align with children of hate and anger. Yorubas want one Nigeria, Ibos want Biafra where they can flourish in drug trafficking, fake drugs, rituals, armed robbery and all social vices. Yorubas will never align with Igbos. Am sorry if you find my past offensive, but I won't take it back. I will not recant. Yoruba / Igbo alignment is achievable in the nearest future unlike an Igbo / Hausa political marriage which is, frankly speaking, highly unlikely due to sentiments. |

Politics › Re: Igbo Yoruba Cold War. And The Winner Is! by virud: 7:56am On Apr 06, 2017 |
For the avoidance of doubt, no single ethnic group can win the presidency of the country on the goodwill of her ethnography.
Judging from the geographic structure of Nigeria, you need at least ONE of the three major ethnic groups to sail.
Igbos, judging from past circumstances and the recent clamour for a new country, would naturally not align with the north. An Igbo / Yoruba alliance is frankly more likely to occur irrespective of political maneuvers. |
Politics › Re: Igbo Yoruba Cold War. And The Winner Is! by virud: 7:42am On Apr 06, 2017 |
MrMaestro: Point of correction. The South-South has the majority of the oil reserves in this country, not the igbos.
But yes the southwest, specifically Lagos alone, controls the commercial sector of the economy, with 25% of Nigeria's GDP, that's without oil. And if ranked as a country it is the 5th largest economy in Africa. Not to mention being home to the tech startup hub in yaba And with Ogun attracting 75% of Nigeria's foreign direct investment, the southwest in totality seems to be on the rise. And yes, the Southwest controls the media. The only thing thing the Yorubas don't dominantly control is oil (but as you can tell the southwest doesn't really need to), and the political sphere (even though Yorubas greatly influence it through media). The Yorubas also dominate Nigeria's music and film industry.
So to recount, the Yorubas own the commercial capital of the country and the tech investment scene (Lagos), the investment capital of the country (Ogun), owns the media, owns majority of the movie industry, and owns the majority of the music industry. The only thing the Yorubas don't easily dominate is politics. But while everyone is focusing on politics, the Yorubas focused on what is important. The U.S. didn't become a powerhouse by having great diplomats or being political savants. Neither did any other superpower. They became a superpower by controlling the MONEY and the MEDIA. Washington may be the political center, but Wall Street and New York are the true rulers of the United States.
Now with that being said, the Yorubas don't need the igbos or any other tribe to achieve anything. The Yorubas have all the power to do it on alone and could control Nigeria if that was the goal. It's funny because the Yorubas have been the least hungry for that. But it's only a matter of time before Yorubas start exercising that power to control major aspects of this country, including politics. It will come naturally and with time. Power never goes unexercised, and the Yorubas are amassing significant power in this country, that's just a fact. The Oba of Lagos made a comment against the entire igbos, and not only did they do nothing, they still live and work and go to Lagos in droves. Because they have no other choice. That's the signifier of power. It only began with the Oba of Lagos. We'll see more of that in the future. Politics my dear, is a game of numbers. The candidate with the highest NUMBER of votes wins. |

"By failing to prepare, you're preparing to fail. "
#5,000 * 5 days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) every week is #25,000. #25,000 * 4 = #100,000 monthly.
Your brother's bae is undoubtedly the employer here and your brother is the employee. @ #100k monthly, do you think that your brother's job description is unacceptable, demeaning and inhuman ? If Yes, he should find another job.
How can you love someone you can't take care of? I know, his joblessness is temporal. If he truly loves her, he should get off his comfort zone. Love comes with responsibilities.
Demand for a loan from bae and start whatever he can start from whatever he can get from her and add to his monthly savings .
She's providing him with all the basic necessities of life ; shelter, feeding and clothing even when they're not married? She's kind enough. If your brother wants an Angel, he should go to heaven.
Your brother should face his problems squarely and provide for his loved ones. Respect is earned. He should earn his. |
