Was too angry with them. Got there by 12pm and the 1st person that came by 9am was just going in and we were about 16 persons der. By 3:30pm twas just the 5th person going in. I had to leave biko. Had something to attend to.

Ideally, the authorities that ward this advertisement made some mistakes. This position was supposed to be for HND electrical/mechanical graduates because it is a trainee technician role.
The 12months listed training was supposed to be for technicians/HND graduates. I have been following this trend and haven't seen a HND graduate who claims that he/she received a test invitation.

As much as I laud the initiative, how many companies are willing to upgrade basic softwares talk less of using local content softwares?

You'll find a company still using Server 2003, Windows XP, Office 2003 etc and refuse to upgrade and you are talking of getting them to use local softwares?

Good luck with that.

Anyways I welcome the idea. Met some great programmers with great ideas and if this works, this will help them grow.

My dad locked me out one time I went to a viewing centre. Took me a while to forgive him... Slept in the car... But as I grew I began to see things his way.

Mum cares about you. Ur mum and my dad's reason wnt defer frm them wanting you safe. A thousand and one things can happen ranging from a truck ramming into d viewing centre, to an electric pole falling on d viewing centre to a police raid etc.

So dnt be furious with her. Understand where she's coming from. Your a guy so naturally u shld have a certain bond with her. Ask her nicely why she did not let you go and I bet she'll say exactly what I and the other posters have been saying plus obeying her is not a bad thing. So cool off Bro.
