I saw this yesterday morning. Caused crazy traffic for people coming from Maryland who were enroute to Ojuelegab/ VI.
They even had to carve a space for them on the other lane - those of us going to Maryland.
Its been a crazy week of accidents involving heavy duty trucks.

For me, the most powerful picture emotionally has to be that immigrant crawling on the beach while that group of Spaniards in the foreground enjoy their day on the beach like they can't see him! So many emotions of pain, anger, pity, shock and disbelief just flooded over me.
