to all those complaining of phcn bills try and get yourself a prepaid meter and see if your situation wont change

thanks to prepaid meter since almost all the people in my area started using prepaid meter we now have steady light for atleast 14 to 18 hours daily. Phcn knows that if they dont give us light they will not make money since there is still unit in the meter. So they give us steady light so that the unit will finish quickly.
