OK....your questions are worth asking and really intelligent but my take on this
1. This man spends his money as he receives. He does not have to keep much cash in hand. He is certain to rake in more money by the daily so he needs not be scared of spending. Take a look at his investments in landed properties and luxurious jeweleries (A $170k wristwatch) Similarly, he must pay his staff handsomely and continuously spend more money on intelligence,weapon,feeding and all of that.
2. People who deal in shady businesses don't make use of the bank. With the introduction of several CBN policies as well as this BVN verification, it becomes most dangerous for such people to give out genuine details.
Even Pablo Escobar,the widely acclaimed richest criminal in history would rather spend thousands of dollars on rubber bands and lose more thousands of dollars to spoilage than make use of the bank.
3. This man claims he only has naira accounts....no domiciliary account, not one.
