Where will they get the money to buy quality players? whereas to a them like Leicester, being in Champions league is a dream, no plans to keep coming. If Chelsea don't make Champions league every season, they make losses. Barca is in massive debt just to keep Messi and the likes. These guys deserves more money and protection from UEFA. You can't expect club owners to be using personal wealth to fund clubs, that is not viable economically. Football is not a charity organization.
