After many months when the Nigerian Railway Corporation recruitment advert came out,they have finally started inviting applicants for written interview, schedule to hold in their state offices in 6 states across the country.
I got the invite but I think I'm no more interested, engaged somewhere else,NRC thanks anyway.I wish all nairalanders who will be there good luck and success.

I write with a heavy heart the state of the nation and my dear country Nigeria. Our fathers and grand fathers have ruled us for decades, if not forever, yet, things aren't going as we'd want it to. We are disappointed and we don't hide our disappointments (at least on the social media n chats with friends, but never so in our actions to make the desired change).
These politicians who are milking us dry are the same we wake up and fight each other for. In fact, it breaks my heart more when you hear or read about the victims of election violence and they are the youths. The Nigerian youth does not know the power he/she has and as such, always trades it for peanuts. We are to our politicians, nothing but some use-and-dump sanitary pads. Once we absorbed d blood for them, they dress up and go out clean and fresh.
I also see with great disappointment how we get on each others neck because of our loyalty and affiliation to certain political parties. Party A and Party B and C will never agree on any good move even when obviously its going to benefit us all. We are now partisants and with loyalty to party and individuals. Why so? Are we no longer Nigerians? Do we now belong to a party, first, before we are Nigerians? When are we going to wake up and take this country to it's promised land? When are we going to define our own future? When are we going to make Nigeria the result of our efforts and stop complaining and blaming people who knows nothing but we allowed them lead us. Can a blind man fly a plane? If he can, will you board the same flight?


FOR HOW LONG ARE WE GONNA ALLOW THEM TO DETERMINE FOR US A FUTURE THEY ARE NOT GONNA LIVE TO BE A PART OF?

The Nigeria of our dream will remain an illusion if we do not stand up and act.
Why are we always the leaders of tomorrow and not of today?
Why is it that even the so called youth leaders in these political parties we fight ourselves for aren't youths?

We should rise and build for ourselves the Nigeria of our dream.
Nigerian youths, arise and be heard.
Let us be as vigorous in actions as we are on the social media, about our yearnings for a better Nigeria.

As for me, my loyalty lies with Nigeria and Nigeria alone. My loyalty lies with the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Very soon, I Will start hiring employees for my company. They are going to be paid well with the least salary at 50k down to 300,000 naira. So I have been wondering; by the time I start hiring, how do I do it? Someone recommended Workforce while another person said I should do the interview myself along with my board. What do you think? Which is better? because I want staffs that are good, willing to work, not afraid to fall and that can share in the company's mission. So which one should I go for? Personal hiring or through workforce.
