Lol, nobody said Obi is going to win SW, rather Obi is likely to win Lagos and get up to 35% across the rest of SW. I find it funny when Momodu is talking about PDP in Lagos or the rest of SW. Even Makinde is in Wike camp and they're Obi-dient. Of course, Tinubu will win SW overall by about 55% while Obi gets about 35%, the remaining 10% will be shared by the rest. Even Akeredolu said Yorubas won't mind if Obi wins but provided power does not return to North after Buhari's 8 years. Dele Momodu is backing the wrong horse |
paxx:Since Obi exposed the government as being responsible for oil theft they suddenly started making discoveries of illegal pipelines and destroying ships carrying stolen crude oil. Peter Obi has not won yet he is already changing Nigeria. |
N3TRAL:Most of you are blinded by hate and primitive tribalism that you can't reason properly. You believe that Tinubu will win SW because Yorubas will vote their own but you don't want to accept that Northern Muslims will vote Atiku because he is their own? What brand of foolishness is this? The fact you BATs have refused to accept is that tinubu can only get a fraction of Northern Muslim votes and next to nothing from Northern Christians. So, how will that make him win? |
Advocate500:You're wrong! Different polls have been conducted in the North and Obi won, even in Adamawa state and Ibadan! You may argue that Obi is popular in the cities across Nigeria and among the enlightened but not so popular in the rural areas and the unenlightened. |
candidtalk:Lol, you've continued to spew garbage out of ignorance and hate. So, Obi should have joined Atiku and Wike on the dollar bazaar they called PDP primaries? Obi wanted to contest the PDP primaries but immediately he realized the process was going to be tainted, he abandoned them and joined an unknown party. Obi joined Labour Party because he believed in himself! Hasn't he been proved wise and smart today for taking that principled decision?! Hasn't he taken LP from grass to grace? Which other politician in Nigeria can achieve that feat Obi achieved? Go and read about Peter Obi's history to understand the kind of person he is. His type are very rare to find in Nigeria today! What did tinubu face? When he realized that Buhari doesn't want to support him, he cried on TV before El Rufai and Ganduje sold him a dummy. Tinubu is just a vegetable who is being used without him even knowing. |
candidtalk:Lol, you're obviously an ignorant kiddo. It is your type that take humility for weakness and wickedness for strength. If Obi is a weakling as you're brainwashed to believe, he won't fight godfathers in Anambra and retire them!! If Obi was a weakling, he won't reject the proposal of Anambra State House of assembly to inflate budget even when he knows they mostly belong to opposition party. If Obi is a weakling, he won't have abandoned PDP and moved to Labour Party despite all the risks. If Obi is a weakling, he won't have come this far with an unknown party like Labour Party. Please go back to school to understand the real meaning of weakling! |
wolesmile:You're already a total disgrace to your family and minus to your generation! Peter Obi will stand on his feet and analyze complex statistics with computer accuracy and you're here saying nonsense! Can solve 2x2 while addressing an audience yet you're asking what statistics. Rubbish! |
BABANGBALI:The fool does not rate Akwa Ibom people at all. They're always so arrogant especially when they meet Southern traditional rulers. That's why I like Peter Obi, his humility is incomparable. He went to Olu of Warri and knelt before the young Itshekiri traditional ruler. Obi knows he isn't doing that to the young ruler but to the stool he is sitting on. Obi knows by respecting him, he is respecting the entire Itshekiri people! Atiku did not just insult that traditional ruler, he insulted Akwa Ibom people!!! |
Isokiscool:You don't have sense walahi. Did they threaten her life? No! They said since she is not representing them on the mandate they gave her, they will certainly take it back from her!! How is that bad? Isn't that the basic tenet of democracy?! Even our constitution says that a senator can be recalled by her constituents if they unanimously agree that such senator is not representing them well? That's classic democracy and I support them, at least it's far better than criminal politicians that murder their opponents like the way Funsho Williams was assassinated in Lagos. |
Opinedecandid:Fools!!!! Do you blame Atiku when Boko Haram kill people in Borno state? Do you blame Atiku when Fulani herdsmen murder villagers in their farms? Do you blame Tinubu when armed robbers murder Nigerians in SW? Is Peter Obi holding any government office? I What has Peter Obi got to do with assassins that murdered the politician? Foolish bastards suffering from Stockholm syndrome!!!!! |
sanpipita:Exactly what is about to hit APC and PDP in Nigeria ![]() |
Some Nigerians obviously don't understand what Peter Obi is doing. Take his recent meeting with Nigerian youths in Manchester, UK for instance. Did you look at those pictures? What did you see? Smart, enlightened and exuberant youths who can influence thousands of Nigerians back home in Nigeria! Aside their social media advocacy for Obi, this guys abroad are family breadwinners in Nigeria. They're influential even at the community level. Some of them send bags of rice and money to people in their communities during Christmas, Sala or other festivities. Their wishes are always the command of these people they usually help in Nigeria yet you think they're not important?! Even when youths in Nigeria continuously see these pictures of Obi always with them and socializing with them, what do you think happens? They see him as one of theirs!! That's why you now see Atiku and Tinubu doing ridiculous things while trying to play catch-up by dancing, wearing jeans and Snickers, doing tick-tock etc. The funny thing is that Obi doesn't even do all those cheap stunts because he is real. At least, I haven't seen him suddenly wearing jeans and Snickers or dancing and doing tick-tock for cheap popularity. Obi understands that Nigerian youths are pivotal in winning elections in Nigeria and he started by identifying with them from day one! When Tinubu and Atiku realized what he was doing, it has already become too late. Obi has successfully taking over the cyberspace and even the streets Peter Obi and his Labour Party now fill up stadiums across Nigeria without spending a dime! They now have rallies all over Nigeria with zero budget! They now have campaign materials like t-shirts, caps, banners, billboards and car branding done for them with people's money! They even have lots of social media activists and influencers campaigning daily for Obi and Labour Party without having to mobilize them! These are things Atiku and Tinubu would have to spend billions for with little results yet Obi is enjoying them all free of charge ![]() Nigeria's presidential election is now the most unpredictable in history and that's due to Obi effect! Whenever I see Obi reeling out statistics and data at the speed of light while standing on his feet, I see a very intelligent and smart man who knows what to do to get the desired results. |

Mccullum:Isn't it an insult to Awolowo when you compare Tinubu to him? The same tinubu that was a drug lord and extremely corrupt? A man who is so desperate he can k... his opponents like he did to Funsho Williams? Was Awolowo ever a drug lord? Was Awolowo as corrupt as tinubu? Was Awolowo a murderer? So why make such comparison that insults the memory of Awolowo whom all Yorubas hold dear ![]() !!!! |
Lol, the more BATstards try to use primitive ethnic sentiments to blackmail Obi, the more educated Yoruba omoluabis silence them with superior logic. The only groups still backing Tinubu in the SW are agberos/urchins, bigots and uneducated Muslims. Tinubu and his urchins will be shocked when results are announced ![]() |
Any educated person that will know the opportunities and massive paradigm shift an Obi presidency will bring to Nigeria and still campaign against him or vote against him, is worse than the devil. I will excuse the uneducated ones because they're acting based on illiteracy and ignorance, but the educated ones ![]() ![]() ![]() The worst of them are the bastards parading as social media activists, the likes of Reno and Deji, I pray they suffer the consequences of their ignoble actions today. |
I pity Okowa because this sort of violence would make things worse for him. He would only have himself to blame when he eventually loses his own polling unit ![]() |
SteveDGreat:Okowa should just give up and take things easy because trying to use force against Obi-dients in his community will only make things worse for him. If his thugs should injure anyone then it's all over for him because the anger and negative sentiments it will generate against him will further alienate him from the people. You really can't stop an idea whose time has come! |
Neoteny7:Liesss from APC rogue government!!! Let them do a forensic study on that pipeline and I can bet you it was installed during Buhari government. They think Nigerians are incapable of thinking deeply. Why all the silence and connivance all these years until Peter Obi exposed that government was involved in oil theft then boom they claimed they have discovered a 9 years old pipeline stealing crude oil. This is the major reason why Asari dokubo and other oil thieves are scared of Peter Obi winning the election. They prefer old criminals with corruption tendencies like Tinubu and Atiku to win so it will remain business as usual. SMH. |
ObamaMessi:One thing about good leaders is that they're never afraid to implement policies they believe will be beneficial to their country even if it may appear unpopular at the onset. Peter Obi is a very honest man who doesn't just say things just to make people feel happy like others usually do, rather he says things he actually believe and intend to do. |
Ttalk:You're getting it all wrong. What do you think is the major reason for forex scarcity in Nigeria? Simple, due to lack of exports! I don't think Peter Obi will implement the removal of import restrictions as his first policy on assuming office. From what he stated last time about oil producing areas, he obviously has plans to stop oil theft and ensure Nigeria maximizes its full oil production and exports. Once our oil exports return to normal like anything close to 2mbpd, pressure on dollar will reduce since we will be able to shore up our reserves. Importation of refined petroleum takes a huge portion of our forex, hopefully Dangote refinery will come on stream soon. Are you aware that when ships bring imports, they would also want to take exports to avoid running at a loss? So, when more ships are coming to Nigeria, it would make our exports cheaper too. Again, how is mere rhetoric on import restrictions by government helped? Has it stopped those goods from entering Nigeria? No! Have it stopped importers from seeking forex from the black market to import them? No! That policy is only helping the economy of Togo and Benin republic! It's only helping corrupt customs personnel to enrich themselves at the expense of Nigerians. |
BananaPeel:If Okowa tries to use violence against Obi-dients out of frustration then it would only get worse for him. Let him go that path and see! |
The way Deltans are embracing Peter Obi and Labour Party, I won't be surprised if Okowa eventually loses his own poling unit to Obi. As for the rest of Anioma land and Delta state, it's already obvious that Atiku and PDP are not rated at all for the presidential election ![]() |
Virtually all the items that are prohibited by government are found in the shops and markets all over Nigeria. So, who is fooling who? They ban items with mere rhetoric only for smugglers to import them into Cotonou ports, and smuggle them through our porous borders into Nigeria. When some of them are caught by immigration or custom, they either collect bribe and set them free or they seize the goods and sell them while a small percentage is burnt for media show. By removing import restrictions, revenue from our ports will skyrocket since there won't be need anymore to import through neighboring countries. Inflation will reduce and purchasing power of Nigerians will rise. At the same time, corruption will reduce at the customs and borders. Even though it has its own shortcomings but the advantages are many. Above all the import restrictions doesn't restrict anything since those goods still find their way into Nigeria albeit at a much higher cost without benefit to government or the people. Nigerians should be wise and support Peter Obi because this man has shown unwavering commitment to solve our problems as a nation and put us on the path to greatness! |
vanunu:You're right. Some of those criticizing that great idea of Obi are either ignorant or just plainly mischievous. Virtually all the items that are prohibited by government are found in the shops and markets all over Nigeria. So, who is fooling who? Okealaaye:You yoruba Muslims, especially the uneducated ones like you like deceiving themselves. You claim Igbos insult Northerners as if they don't return the favour. At least, Igbos don't go about fighting and killing them like you do all over your region. Have you seen where we dehumanize them by stoping vehicles carrying them and lining them up on the roadside like they're common criminals? Hausas and Fulanis know that Igbos like keeping it real with them, we don't show them fake love in the open only to poison them when no one is looking like you guys do. FYI, Northern leaders already know this fact about you people. As for the dead-man-walking rogue called tinubu, I just pray he would have to heart to survive the shock that awaits him. Let him bring out all his loot in bullion vans to bribe people, but Nigerians will collect it and still vote against him. I don't even rate him at all because I find it disgusting that an old, physically and mentally sick man like Tinubu thinks he can insult our sensibilities by saying it's his turn. A man who wears pampas and catheter, who can't stay a month in Nigeria without rushing to London for medical treatment thinks he can rule over Nigeria? A country of 200 million people! Let him not worry, his eyes will be opened by February 2023 when Nigerians will unanimously reject him. |
AcuraZDX:Comparing Obi and Tinubu is like comparing good and evil. One didn't steal but used the opportunity of governing his state to change it for the better while the other saw it as an opportunity to enrich himself, family and cronies. Obi left billions saved for Anambra while handing over but Tinubu left Lagos in huge dept yet there was nothing significant he did to improve Lagos. |
Lolz, Las Las Rivers state PDP campaign rally would be held in Bayelsa Emperor Wike has technically banned PDP in Rivers ![]() The way I'm seeing it, event centers won't even allow PDP to use their venue to avoid revocation of C of O ![]() |
casualobserver:You people are doing yourselves o, because of crumbs or primitive ethnic sentiments you want to mortgage Nigeria and the future generations? You've denied APC promises and now asking for proof. Tomorrow, if Tinubu wins (God forbid!) you will still deny he made any promises to Nigerians. Peter Obi has been granting interviews and addressing Nigerians on the things he has promised to do, he even added that we should hold him by his words! Tinubu on the other hand has refused to address Nigerians. He has been speaking through proxies like Keyamo and Dani kayode, are these discredited men have any reputation of worth? If Tinubu is not trying to scam Nigerians, what stops him from coming out publicly to say look at what and what I intend to do? So, you want us to just allow an old, corrupt and sick man to rule us because he feels it's his turn to rule Nigeria? Some of you are so ridiculously pathetic, gosh! |
Throwback:Some of you agbado urchins don't seem to get it. Yes, we supported Atiku simply because we knew he was far better than Buhari. Also, the fact that he had someone like Peter Obi as vice president made their ticket relatively far more appealing. Now, that Obi is contesting against Atiku and Tinubu, every honest and good person who wants Nigeria to develop knows that Obi is far better than these two old corrupt men. Politics is like football, you always go for the best that is available. |
