I believe you have voters card, if yes you're good to go.. Someone i know open his own last 2 weeks with recent Nepa Bill, voters card and passport..

If you don't have voters card, I'll suggest you walk into any gtbank and make an enquiry..

We had tried to answer u before. The times u were not buying alipocket is long gone. In fact, nobody here buys alipocket before, until CBN gave rules that made us to find Ways to still buy on AliExpress. Thanks to GTB and access bank that are still offering us 100 usd monthly, even this 100 usd doesn't work on many sites, like Google play, Facebook adds, PayPal and countless others. The 100 usd or less without funding Ur alipocket is very risky and doesn't work for everyone (it didn't work for me on Monday, trying to buy stuffs worth 50 usd). If for any reason ur order was cancelled or u cancelled urself and u wanna collect refund, pray u have no issues o, someone here battled refund for months but with aliexpress pocket, Ur refunds is withing days. And don't also forget that, most card we use aren't ours too, in any case of refund, owner might receive refund and tell u he hasn't, bla bla bla, bcoz no way for u to confirm urself without him contacting customer care for u

This might be a good alternative for new accounts willing to buy 100dollars to less,pay directly with your atm cards,who knows it can work for multiple cards as well,hopefully!!

No is not that,when I put it in my pocket,it shows and I really hate it,if it was flat b4 I would have preferred it but it's hard to come by 5.5 that's really flat. I think the likes of tecno ND Infinix are trying in that department nw but they make overpriced piece of recycled garbage

It's like an ATM PIN but for online transactions.

I used diamond bank card,don't really know if it's visa or masters,but am pretty sure it's visa,the only numbers I used were the numbers at the back of the card,I also did it with uba masters card,so this ipin is confusing me o

1. Yes, since it's a Visa card you'll need to set the I-PIN.
That's what you'll use to complete online transactions.

2. You may have to appeal on the cards even if they are yours.
Your mileage may vary though; I have never had to appeal any of my cards, same as some people here.

Just make sure you have the required items for appeal in case you need it.

PS You mentioned you have two cards, what is the second?
