It's says no update available but when I check option I see download update,is this normal?

Yes indeed this is still on lollipop. The Chinese MM updates were released as beta stable rom, late November - while that of global stable was released first week of December as 'beta stable'. But it has been released as global stable since 2nd week of December. I was shocked when @40manlappy said he just got his chinese MM update for rn3 pro on Monday 26th December, which is rather strange because xiaomi normally releases Chinese updates before global updates. For example, I went from 8.0.6.0 (lollipop) to 8.1.1.0 (MM). But you are ahead in terms of lollipop (8.1.3.0).

You can exercise patience till next week, at least you are now getting updates as you confirmed. I guess the initial updates were pulled down.
I also wish you took a screenshot of the update you got. The one without any info

Yes I did. So there's hope that my mtk variant will get mm abi?

There is no mm for my phone,have downloaded and flash the stock ROM,I saw update but without any info,I updated it but it's still the same lollipop

You cannot install official rom on custom rom. Follow the link I gave you to flash the official rom first.

Look at the power rating at the bottom of your charger and get a replacement. Buy a good brand like Samsung or HTC or Lenovo, or better still order from Xiaomi sellers here on this thread

Finally finally,my note 3 is back to life ,I flashed it with the latest sp flash tools

I hope you flashed the right rom for your device? With the similarities in the names is quite easy to get things mixed up.

Checkup this link, it's for locked bootloader. Hope yours is? It should get it fixed

I called on my friend to help me.. I held down d power button with the volume down key, told him to press d download on the sp flash tool then asked him to plug the usb cord... That was how mine worked

What exactly do you mean by "not coming on"? Does the screen turn on but it's stuck on boot screen or nothing happens despite pressing power key for 10-15 seconds?

If it's not coming on then it's obviously not flashed successfully

What device model do you have?

Bro the flashing was sucessfull,it turned from red,purple nd then yellow,nd download complete,but when i try to switch it on it doesn't turn on,when i plug it to charger ntin,no notification light to show its charging. Am using xiaomi redmi note 3 mtk version,32gb rom nd 3gb ram
