It is understandable that persons with huge assets in ' unfamiliar ' zones or regions should there be restructure will not support restructuring. All the cries is about protecting your own.

Life is beautiful when both agrees.....not when one side is not willing and the other side is shouting unity by force!

The bad effect of oil explorations as reflected in agricultural production in the south south and the massive drive by the Fed Govt of Nigeria for oil in the benue basin and in the chad basin is wworrisome. Considering the fact that these two zones are major agric zones in this country.
We should learn to live without oil.

Restructuring would reduce the appetite for political positions because they would have to think of ways to develop their regions with the resources they have. It would make these political positions less attractive, and help us diversify faster. However before we go into restructuring, Abuja(Federal Government) should not be totally fuelled by oil money, and we must reduce our dependence on it to an extent or at least make the Niger Delta contribute a larger percentage to the federal Government for the first few years until we diversify properly.
Oil would soon be less relevant anyway.

Money . I sincerely believe that things would take shspe with restructuring. We are having very intelligent kids now but are being weaken and their talent destroy because of too much money. Take a look at Rwanda and Kenya....you will know that there is big problem with Nigeria
