2mch: Small boys chasing you from an ancestral land that even your elders cannot hold meeting without being flogged is an abomination anywhere in the world. And fighting to stay in another man’s land where your elders cry and beg for you to have peace is the worst thing that can happen to a man anywhere in the world. The lost you don’t have SHAME and you are here shaming someone else when you are inherently homeless and disinherited is an abomination. Dem don collect your manhood, you de cry about another man. LMAO. All I see is a tribe where men have become women with no balls other than kepkus, maybe you need to read your comments again tomorrow morning, you guys have lost it completely. it's sad and shameful at same time, what is happening to you guys now will only get worse with time, soon we will hear Ogun state has been lost to Fulanis, Spit |

2mch: My ancestors are both Muslim and Christian. So I don’t really care for either and I am all for religious tolerance always. These are the same people and they will resolve their issues. However, I don’t have the problem where a small boy is controlling my life all the way from Finland and I have to runaway from his orders to stay alive. His boys flog me and my children when ever we decide what we want to do on Mondays or whenever he feels like. If I was a man under such circumstances I will rather commit suicide in SHAME! Than come online to insult others. Losing an ancestral land is the worst thing that could happen to anyone, it mostly happened to weak tribes, no strong tribe will allow their ancestral land and culture to be taken away from them, hence why your ancestors must be crying over your comment. 2mch: But you and all the SE men are cowards. Being told by small boys to stay at home. You cannot even hold meeting and your children cannot go to school because these small boys say so. Your men are running away like useless women to Lagos and even Ilorin for safety and you are more concerned about religion in Ilorin? You are definitely mad. Your ancestors must be crying after reading this your comment, Kwara state is gone to the Fulanis forever |

BATified23: THE EASTERNERS AND THE TALIBANS: A TALE OF CONFRONTATION
Over the course of two decades, America expended a staggering $2.3 Trillion in their relentless battle against the Taliban, endeavoring to establish democracy in Afghanistan while eradicating the presence of "terrorists."
Throughout this period, local Afghanistan troops provided invaluable assistance to the Americans, recording both remarkable successes and distressing losses.
However, on the 6th of July, 2021, America announced their imminent departure from Afghanistan, leaving the fate of the Afghanistan army hanging in the balance. Astonishingly, it took a mere two minutes for the Taliban to seize control of the Afghanistan government house.
Without encountering any resistance, the Afghanistan army swiftly surrendered. This revelation was a poignant awakening for the Americans, as the very army that had supported them during their expeditions had also betrayed them.
The same people whom the Americans had endeavored to safeguard had placed their own interests above those of their allies. This unveiled how the Americans had been repeatedly ambushed and rendered helpless during their tenure in Afghanistan.
This situation demonstrated that a significant portion of the Afghan population truly preferred the Taliban's governance over the American influence that had been imposed upon them. Yet, they remained silent, fearing that the Americans would label them as "terrorists."
You may be inclined to recall the harrowing images of individuals desperately clinging to planes in an attempt to escape alongside the Americans. However, the truth remains: "in the realm of choices, opposing voices always find their place."
The latter portion of this adage fittingly depicts the predicament faced by countless Easterners (Igbos) who stand opposed to the agitation, killings, oppression perpetuated by their fellow Igbos. Yet, they choose to remain silent to evade the wrath of these oppressors and bullies.
What about the millions who dutifully adhere to the "Sit at home" order imposed by these individuals, believing it to be a fight for freedom and a necessary sacrifice? They are the ones who should give us pause, as any dissenting voice might be interpreted as an attempt to impede their progress, freedom, and consequently, will be viewed as an enemy.
Should we permit this situation to persist? No. This resembles a case wherein caution is of utmost importance, much like dealing with a mosquito perched upon one's testicles.
If other regions, particularly the Southwest, remain unconcerned about the occurrences in the Southeast, assuming that they are merely inflicting harm upon themselves and enjoying it, have we contemplated where these individuals will flock in significant numbers seeking safety?
Do we possess control over our borders?
I have personally witnessed instances that convince me that Easterners are indeed flocking to Lagos. A friend and I encountered an Uber driver who fled the East due to the activities of the UGM. A motorcyclist informed me of his recent departure from Enugu, and a dispute between a conductor and a passenger unveiled the man's unfamiliarity with Lagos transportation. He need not explicitly state his origins; his usage of the term "Arm Lobber" clearly revealed his Eastern background.
If we idly stand by, believing that figures such as Mr. Peter Obi , Oby Ezekwesili, Psquare, Obi Cubana, and other prominent Ndigbos are indifferent to a situation that could bring the entire Eastern region to its knees, we must diligently safeguard our own community. For "when harmony dwells in hearts of all, peace finds its way through every wall."
The detrimental implementation of the carrot and stick approach by the aforementioned entities can be countered by the federal government and relevant bodies. However, once everything is said and done, can you truly assist those who do not desire help?
Food for thought. Wishing you a splendid week ahead!
