I also believe there is beginning before the actual beginning. for instance, if you want to go into production of any kind, the thought of it is what comes to your mind first. after that, you'll state your objectives and so on before your production proper.

How possible do think it is for everyone to vacate d hostel as early as that? when many of them will be waiting for thier parent for pick -up while some will que for hours at ATM cash point and some looking for where to borrow t fare. abeg, na abuse of power dat act be!
