Properties / Re: Let's Talk Mortgage by Wakemeup: 6:54am On Sep 25, 2022
This is very insightful m thank you @scondy. I am in my early 30s, I run a small business and been saving for a property. I have since realized it will take forever to achieve. I have since reached out to property managers to see if I can get a payment plan spread out in 3 years and I am also considering mortgage which is why I am on this thread. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

No matter how genuine it is, I'll never invest in any business I have no control over in 2021.

In all, I just blew 1.5m within the year.

Forex
TheMap
Lionbrand

The money was meant to be invested into personal business, but restrictions during covid informed my decision to try investment.

Even though I watched both Lionbrand and TheMap for more than a year. Both still disappointed me.

If I recover from these loss, no more investment into 3rd party business!

You will recover my brother. You will come out on top. Stay hopeful

Aww. So so sorry. Things are difficult, and people are not very trusting these days. You could speak to old friends or some relatives. You could also speak to your boss to give you some time to sort your self out. Best of luck.

For bulk try somethingliteng on Instagram. They are really cool and they supply bulk to people with parfait stores and smoothie bars.

Run away from birth centres! Run as fast as your legs can carry you. Will come back with my transcript on a birth center i ended up not using in 2013! Save some money and deliver in the hospital ! Save yourself the stress and pain! It might be cheaper but at the long run it will become more complicated (making the bills more expensive ). Stay away from birth centre! Share to save a life!

Please has anybody travelled on Emirate for a previous missionary journey? I haven't travelled with them before and worried about the experience I might have with two infants on my way back to Nija.

Kindly help a worried mom out. I have 45hrs to figure out if I should pay for the ticket or not

Thanks
Check their reviews online. Heard they serve surplus food and they occupy children with toys. Thats a plus.

Hello people. This is actually my first time of commenting on this thread though I follow it a lot.
Pls I desperately need information on some concerns I have.
I And my family have been travelling back and forth US since 2014 and we have even renewed our visa last year and I also used it to attend an event in July.
Now my worries...
I am pregnant now(with twins), due in May, would I still need to get another letter from embassey to tell them I want to give birth in the US?
When is the most advisable month to travel more so when I have to consider my work and also my sons I intend leaving behind.
Now most importantly, pls I need an affordable hospital in Maryland, pls does anybody know of any and how much (total package) it would cost.
God bless us all.
No airline will carry multiple pregnancy after 32weeks so please leave by 31weeks to avoid stories and also check airline policies before beforw buying ticketm

The huggies gold is fantastic as well (green pack). Please lets be watchful as well. Don't leave your little one with someone you barely know, don't even turn you back for a second. The rate of robbery and kidnapping has gone up! Please lets be extra watchful to avoid stories that touch.

Please be more specific. Where in Texas and where in Newyork? Narrow down to the town and then use the search engines for more info. Houston,Dallas,Arlington has a more pocket friendly price. I might be wrong. Type hospitals in Newyork in the search engine and search. Use travel to be more specific. Have a pen and paper at hand! Goodluck ..respond ohhhhhh..

Hello house.
I have two kids and both of them were through C/S
Pregnant with the third now after 3 years of having my second child .
I will like to get contact for a good hospital and doctor to handle my case in the US.
Have Texas in mind and maybe NY
Thanks.[/quote]
